前段时间去香港旅游,专门打卡了位于西贡码头的洪记海鲜酒家,真的太让人难忘了!酒家就在西贡海旁广场,离码头超近,招牌特别醒目,一眼就能看到。环境是典型的大排档风格,热闹又有烟火气,露天座位还能边吃边欣赏海景。门口摆放著巨大的水族箱,里面满是生猛活海鲜,种类多得让人眼花缭乱,帝王蟹、龙虾、象拔蚌、各类海鱼和螺贝等,品质看著就很棒。我和朋友点了店里的双人套餐,又额外加了几个招牌菜。白灼虾一定要夸,脆嫩弹牙,豉椒的香气完美融入其中,每一口都超满足;龙伊面底也超赞,龙虾肉新鲜弹牙,伊面吸收了龙虾的鲜美汤汁,劲道又入味;还有蒜蓉蒸扇贝,粉丝吸满了蒜香和海鲜的鲜甜,扇贝肉又大又嫩。套餐里的时蔬也很新鲜爽口,清爽解腻。虽说价格不算便宜,但食材新鲜、烹饪地道,味道和品质完全对得起价格,性价比还是可以的。服务员态度热情,上菜速度也快。总之,洪记海鲜酒家非常值得一试,强烈推荐给爱吃海鲜的朋友们!查看更多

喺西贡试过几间海鲜午餐,今次第一次试洪记。二人餐$498,比其他几间贵少少,不过未食过呢间就试吓。好大有几个舖位,都多人食,除咗海鲜,仲有点心,好似茶楼咁。海鲜二人餐$498,拣4款,再送炒菜同水果,免加一,但要收茶钱,每位$15。另外点心唔系免加一,所以如果你叫埋点心,就要加一。点心纸椒盐鲜鱿炸粉多,鱿鱼唔系好大旧,唔厚,唔热菠萝咕噜肉算正常,够淋,唔太肥芝士波士顿龙虾伊面芝士汁比较稀,不太浓味,龙虾得两旧比较多肉伊面都系唔热的点心似系翻炸,唔脆,比较硬沙律明虾角蒜蓉虾春卷豉椒炒蛏子几弹牙,不过唔太入味清炒时蔬,白菜仔送水果,橙整体价钱比其他贵,份量不多,而且全部食物都系冻,唔热的,得个炒菜系热。点心更加唔推荐查看更多
