中环谂食咩永远都系好头痛，因为好既可能好贵，要揾价钱相宜又好味既就要大海捞针，朋友推介话呢间位于小巷既素食店好味，于是就走左黎试下，砵甸笮街一路行上黎，睇返充满历史既牌档，然后转入小巷，会望到自然绿光既招牌，见大大既落地玻璃，入到去，感觉系简洁干净，坐低望下餐牌，见佢呢度主打系沙律Bowl同酸种面包，就必定会嗌呢两样，餐牌上仲有Burger同Pizza，初时净系叫左两个普通Size主食又系斋以为唔够饱啦，点知份量同味道都认真唔错，同朋友两个人一个沙律Bowl+Combo同一个酸种面包就饱哂！唯有下次黎先试埋啲Burger同Pizza laMUSELLA Salad Bowl入面虽然有微辣既豆腐，但唔食辣既人都食得到，豆啦，冬菇，黄瓜、沙律菜同杂谷米饭系入面，配合好特别有花生味既Miso酱，每一样既口感同清新配合得当，食完第一啖就想食第二啖Sweet Potato Fried & Mixed Greens个Combo既呢款𩠌好似食多左碗沙律咁，菜依然好味新鲜，个甜薯仲要系我钟意既厚实薯仔切出，点埋个酸白酱好味到停唔到口Lemonade清新既柠檬汁又系健康开胃，同沙律碗配搭得好好Banyan榕树烤饼大热既酸种面包自然吸引又好味，配合天贝，茄子，萝卜丝，蕃茄片等系入面，就算冇肉都一样咁开心同惹味Macadamia Chocolate Chip Cookie充满梛子味既腍身朱古力曲奇，唔算太甜，作为甜品黎计一定满足到女生既口味！姜黄奶啡佢采用左好健康既姜黄做主色同味，转用燕麦奶去冲调，奶味重而滑，钟意热饮既朋友会愈搭愈好味呢杯野

Usually, when I walk past the hall nearby, this street is all about greasy fast food or bars. Finally, I discovered this health restaurant, which is a vegetarian restaurant.Treehouse Platter $148Love this one have muti options inside the platter. It has Za'atar flatbread, grilled tempeh, falafel, roasted garlic hummus, eggplant caviar, roasted bell peppers, mixed pickles, kale & romaine, tanini sauce substitute grilled tempeh (for organic soft egg +$3 )this is a healthy grab n go option - Grilled tempeh Cedar $128 with regular sourdough. The flatbreads are made from scratch with high quality wholewheat. It is yummy with avocado, cabbage, roasted pumpkin, pickled red onion, chipotle sauce. Have upgrated as regular combo$50 with Sweet potato with mixed green. Yummy crispy sweet potato. Last but not leasf is the Lemonade $35A refreshing choice after all firber intake and better digestion of a full meal.

最近朋友冇啦啦话要食素，同佢去试咗中环人气素食餐厅 Treehouse，原本抱住「应该冇咩味」嘅心态去试，点知竟然有惊喜。Forest Burger 一咬落去，个包外脆内软，红菜头蘑菇汉堡扒都有D咬口，唔系一般素食会有嘅「斋味」。加埋香料、酱汁同埋新鲜蔬菜，层次丰富又唔油腻。好似食紧真汉堡咁，估唔到系全素！ Snowdrop 雪降烤饼 喱个系一个非常丰富嘅沙律bowl，材料包括有香烤椰菜花、香烤天贝、香炸茄子、时令蔬菜、脆炸洋葱，味道一D都唔单调呀，都几好食。Tree hosue位于中环，装潢走自然木系风格，座位唔算多但气氛舒服，眼见都有唔少外国人帮衬。即使唔系素食者都值得黎试下，特别系想食得健康啲又唔想太「斋」嘅日子。

3rd time to this restaurant. It surprises me with a lively blood sucking worm in my half and half salad bowl. The worm stretches from one vege to another after I unfortunately started finished the surface and begin little digging. Who knows if I had eaten some of the worms brother or sisters or eggs. Will they grow in my body or get me sick or kill me? Wish me luck. The staff nicely refund to me after I reported the drama. This scene easily wipe out my any thought to have salad again for the rest of my life. If I really have to eat worm, I insist a cooked and sterilized one, 100% well done , not any raw one.
