Visited this Chiu Chow resto with colleagues for farewell dinner. .We ordered the following dishes to share:-Braised Goose (HKD180)The goose was well-marinated but not very meaty and contained quite a lot of bones and fat. The dish had a bottom filled with smooth and soft tofu. -Porridge with Baby Oyster & Minced Pork (HKD128)The porridge had a fish soup base with minced pork. The rice grains were soft and not too sticky. The oyster did not have a fishy smell in general, and combined nicely with the soup, creating a sweet flavour. -Deep-fried Cuttlefish with Salted Egg Yolk (HKD160)Coated generously in salted egg yolk, the cuttlefish had an attractive golden yellow crispy skin. It was very savoury with a pleasantly chewy texture. -Mud Crab (HKD328)Accompanied by vermicelli, the mud crab was cooked with ginger and typhoon shelter-style sauce, giving it a more aromatic smell. -Tung Choi with XO Sauce in Stone Pot (HKD118)The tung choi absorbed the XO sauce thoroughly and had great wok hei. It was fresh and easy to bite into. -Deep-fried Crispy Baby Oyster Cake (HKD118)The oyster cake was filled with plump baby oysters, and dipping them in the fish sauce elevated the umami of the oysters. Its exterior was quite crunchy. -Braised Assorted Platter (+HKD8)To celebrate their sixth-year anniversary, the resto offered a promotion which allowed us to add HKD8 to order this dish after consuming a total of HKD300. The platter included goose intestines, goose kidneys, pork belly slices, pig intestines, cuttlefish, etc. Liked the elastic goose intestines the most. -Braised Bean Curd (HKD108)The bead curd was served with mushrooms and choi sum on the side. It didnt taste particularly memorable though. -Chinese Kale with XO Sauce in Stone Pot (HKD118)It was served piping hot and smelled good. Couldn't really recall its taste though. .The resto has a wall of pictures showcasing different celebrities who have visited them. It gets more and more ppl after 20:00. 继续阅读

呢间旺角小菜馆明记系我哋朋友之间饭堂,因为开到凌晨3:30,有时倾偈倾到好夜都得,位置喺旺角亦都非常方便大家,所以劲爆场!佢嘅小菜系非常之好食,等我讲吓有边几样,下面介绍嘅都系我班朋友平时都会去食嘅小菜,全部都系大众钟意食,而且又好食嘅 :🐻熊仔冻柠茶柠檬茶系明记最吸引之一,个个都都争住打卡嘅大大杯柠茶加得意嘅熊仔系明记嘅标记!🌽椒盐粟米椒盐粟米系劲出色,未食过惹味嘅粟米,用避风塘方式炒嘅粟米,零舍香口又唔黐牙,非常干身!同椒盐非常之搭配!🥛顺德鲜奶脆脆卷 8条钟意食炸鲜奶卷嘅一定要食呢个,除咗炸到出边,入边奶唔流,味道刚刚好,钟意食鲜奶卷一食必定爱上🦑黄金鲜鱿今次佢嘅黄金鱿鱼鱼劲多咸蛋黄,非常好食,救救鱿鱼都好大嚿,沾满晒咸蛋黄,唔错🫑黄金凉瓜推介推介推介!!唔钟意食凉瓜嘅都一定会食呢个黄金凉,佢炸到劲脆口,佢个粉浆同个凉瓜超好食,食唔出入边系凉瓜苦涩,而黄金比例刚刚刚好,食第一嚿一定会食第二嚿,朋友唔食凉瓜都食,我哋每次嚟都会必定叫!🐮蜜椒一口牛柳粒嚟到必定叫呢一个,最出色嘅唔系牛柳粒,而系牛柳粒配菜嘅炸咗嘅薯仔粒,炸到脆卜卜就会返个蜜糖喺个面头,明记头五名一定有佢,我至爱嘅蜜椒一口牛柳粒呀🧆菠萝咕噜肉咕噜肉大大碟,如果叫饭食呢个抵食啊,咕噜肉够大嚿,而且配菜够多,三色椒都有好多件,酱汁够酸,亦唔会好杰挞挞!唔错㗎🥘中式牛柳我朋友好钟意食牛,所以佢会拣呢一个牛柳,因为佢面头好多酱汁送饭一流,而且每嚿牛柳都好大嚿煮到好腍🍲粟米瑶柱羹粟米羹好多粟米粒粒,而且个羹又唔稀,个个都钟意饮,加埋胡椒粉好夹,食饭前食过瑶柱粟米羹好开胃!🍲石锅啫啫油麦菜最醉鸡劲香呀,佢上枱嘅时候仲卟卟卟卟,佢啲咸香令到个碟油麦菜劲好食劲香,自己好钟意食油麦菜,所以呢碟系比好高分,连啲汁我都爱嚟捞饭! 继续阅读

Happy Friday最喜欢跟一班朋友聚餐,将工作的烦恼一扫而空,减减压🍻要坐得舒适吃得出色,又不限时的餐厅真的愈来愈少。最近发现新大陆✨这间潮州打冷餐厅完全符合我们的心水,店员服务还十分周到,整个晚餐大家都吃得大快朵颐🍺卤水杂锦拼盘刚巧餐厅六周年🤩推出了优惠:任何食品满了300元,就可以用$8 卤水杂拼😍材料完全不敷衍👀分别有红肉肠、猪肠、鸭肠、猪耳,豆芽和五花肉,所有食材都吸收了卤水精华,很入味!其中猪耳,很爽口有嚼劲👍🏼潮州冻花蟹 $488份量不少,花蟹都很大只👀蟹肉肉质新鲜爽口,啖啖肉。豉椒炒蛏子王炒面 $186蛏子王很新鲜,肉质爽口,份量亦不少!配上香脆的炒面,酱汁跟面的比例刚好,整体很有镬气🔥蜜椒一口牛柳粒 $168必点之选✨薯仔粒煎得外脆内软,加上表层的蜜糖,很惹味!而肉质柔软的牛柳粒味道带甜,甜中又带点辣椒黑椒汁,很香口,捞饭一流😍椒盐茶树菇 $128比较少见茶树菇版本,想不到原来跟椒盐很夹🤩外层炸皮不会过厚,火喉亦控制得刚好,清清的茶树菇配上浓味的椒盐两者味觉很平衡,如果送酒一定更加会停不下来! 继续阅读

去咗旺角明记湖馆食饭,嚟到一坐低就见到枱面菜色唔少,有卤水牛展、凉拌斋菜、石锅杂锦海鲜、猪红汤同埋炸小鱼仔。啲蚬新鲜,不过味道就普通咗啲,加啲辣椒都唔算特别突出;牛展同配菜装碟有心思,不过啲牛展偏鞋,唔够预期咁腍。𠮶碟炸鱼仔就炸得酥脆,咸香几过瘾,不过食多两啖油腻感几明显。石锅杂锦有鱿鱼、带子、菜同西兰花,材料多但味道一般,冇咩特别亮点。猪红汤底几香,猪红够滑但成碗只系几旧,葱花提味。成餐嘢食落口感同味道都稳阵,价钱就偏高咗,系旺角地段都叫可以预期。 继续阅读

我想食潮州菜,朋友介绍去旺角这间潮菜馆,他说出品质素不错,我就和朋友去试试。地点相当就脚,而且人气十分。卤水鹅,色泽很吸引,卤得够入味,肉质嫩滑,加点香醋更美味,果然有水准。卤水拼盘,食潮州菜怎少得它,都算几大碟,各样都有,我特别喜欢墨鱼,好爽口,鹅肠都不错,不会太多肥膏,入口爽脆。黑椒茶树菇炒牛柳,超惹味,带有香浓的黑椒香味,茶树茹特别入味,口感不错。肉碎蚝仔粥,我们点的是小份,原来都几大碗,四个人都够食,蚝仔没有腥味,加些胡椒粉更美味。石锅芥兰,热度十足,啫啫声出晒烟,闻到都够香,芥兰很新鲜,软硬适中,配上肉碎和小虾干,食味丰富。豉汁蒸鳝,味道香浓,肉质弹牙,感觉很新鲜,油香丰富,不会太咸,拌饭食更是冇得输。 继续阅读
