我們去到的時候已經大概1:30 ，店面人頭湧湧，這間小店的位置幾乎都被坐滿。等了一會兒便入座:)作為流沙包之狗的我當然點選了流沙包。特別點評：新贊記新記的奶皇流沙包包皮厚度適中，奶黃流沙顏色鮮明，呈鮮黃色。奶黃流沙質地較稀，將包擘開兩邊時，有流沙在中間流出，這是值得讚賞的。然而，流沙雖然成功較出，但是質地較為稀疏，蛋黃味略嫌不足，有待改善。但我認為整體值得3.8分。
作為點心之王的燒賣，蟹籽、豬肉和蝦的成份足夠，看圖可見是大大粒的。味道亦十分足夠，值得推薦。
新贊記的蘿蔔糕是有三件的，但是上菜時已經香氣四溢，我男友已飲不住先吃一件……蘿蔔味十分足夠，當中的黑椒將蘿蔔的甜調出，口感亦得宜，值得一試。
北菇棉花雞是我一向喜愛的，不過雞件稍嫌略乾，仍有改善空間。不過我吃東西向來吃得較淡，新贊記的食物口味較重，鮮竹卷對我來對我來說味道，略嫌重了一點點。然而，蠔皇鮮竹卷的口感十足，喜歡吃較重口味的朋友值得一試。最後，我們點了燒腩卷。這是我們平時較少點選的，但是看見這家特別安排，於是一試。整體食物味道令人滿意，值得再試。不過店面較少座位不足，如果喜愛舒適的朋友就未必適合這間店了。我們二人中午去吃，沒有孖寶等特價，點選了7項點心，最終埋單$190。…Read More
