Last Saturday night 🌃, my boyfriend and I checked out Yuet Mun Hin in Lai Chi Kok for dinner. The lighting was warm and kinda soft, making it feel cozy for our date night vibe ✨. We were pretty hungry and looking forward to trying a bit of everything.⚪️ 36-month Iberico Ham with French Melon - 8/10Kicked things off with this classic! The ham was nicely salty and had that rich, nutty flavour you expect. It wasn't super melty, but still good quality. Paired well with the sweet, juicy French melon 🍈

⚪️ Seared Tuna Belly with Avocado, Black Caviar, Yuzu Dressing - 7.5/10
This looked pretty! The tuna belly was lightly seared, mostly raw inside, which was nice and fresh 🐟. Creamy avocado underneath, a little pop from the caviar, and the yuzu dressing gave it a citrusy kick 🍊.
⚪️ Smoked Spanish Suckling Pig with Green Papaya Salad - 9/10
The main event! 🐷 The skin was super crispy (that crackle! ✨) and the meat underneath was tender and juicy, with a subtle smoky taste. The green papaya salad on the side was crunchy and tangy, cutting through the richness really well. Definitely the highlight for me.
A simple side dish 🥔 served alongside the pig. The potatoes were roasted okay, maybe could have been a bit crispier? Had bits of smoky bacon 🥓 mixed in which added flavour. Did the job as a side!
It was a really pleasant Saturday evening out 😊. The food journey was quite enjoyable. It was a satisfying meal all around, and we left feeling pretty content. Good spot for a relaxed weekend bite! 👍💖
