起码十年冇入长洲,专登去揾康兰饼店买蛋挞,12:15pm到,原来未出炉,无缘品尝,于是转买芝麻馅平安包,店员不是在门口摆放的盘给我,而是舖入面的盘,她说今早11:00出炉,个包已经凉凉哋,包皮甜甜哋,食了差不多一半,才食到个馅,个馅好唔算多!

2点半到,有啱啱新鲜出炉嘅迷你蛋挞同椰挞,$3一个,$18/6个,其实姐系买多啲都冇平啲,好似加左价,之前系$10/4个,不过而家都仲系好抵食🤣大排长龙,不过店员速度都好快,排咗大概5分钟就买到。各买左一个试下,啱啱出炉热辣辣,牛油皮焗得好脆好好食,我觉得蛋挞比椰挞出色。细细地一个,可以一啖食一个。本身打算离开长洲之前买平安包返去,可惜4点再返到饼店嘅时候,平安包已经全部卖晒。.康兰饼店 (长洲)长洲大新海傍路91B号地舖

去到呢家店,我嘅目标只有一样 - 揾寻最正嘅葡挞。望落,个葡挞嘅焦糖层闪闪发亮,外皮香酥得嚟唔会过份油腻,咬落去正!蛋挞馅滑得嚟唔会太甜,好似奶香四溢嘅云呢喃一样,融化喺口里,留住淡淡嘅焦香。吓,椰挞都唔错㖞,卖相普通但食落个心口感真系出晒意料,馅料香口得黎又唔腻,皮脆馅幼嘅口感实在太正!🥥椰挞嘅椰丝甜而不腻,细细个一啖啖,每啖都系享受。蛋挞皮酥脆入味,小巧精致嘅size正好一次过嗌两只。🍮 每啲甜品都好有自己嘅风格,令人食一啖仲想多一啖。总之,下次见到呢家店,记得扑个葡挞试下,唔好错过咗呢个简直系甜品里嘅瑰宝!👑
