事先預留咗百花釀蟹鉗、杏汁豬肺湯、上湯羊肚菌蘭度焗中蝦丶沙薑生煎雞同麵豉醬龍躉頭腩籠仔蒸飯，因為食過返尋味。老爺話個蟹鉗裡面有蟹肉㗎，而且彈牙，唔似其他酒樓只係淨蝦膠，有驚喜﹗豬肺湯好飲潤喉補肺，秋冬時期最啱對抗喉乾咳嗽，湯料除咗豬肺仲有雞脚都一概掃清，在坐一眾主婦都認為自己煲豬肺湯太花時間功夫，餐廳將豬肺清理得夠乾淨，值得﹗做節必要哈哈笑，羊肚菌蘭度焗中蝦就夠體面，蝦又新鮮。龍躉頭腩籠仔蒸飯，新鮮無腥味，蒸飯炒底有誠意。沙薑生煎雞真係大讚，起哂骨啖啖肉，沙薑味啱啱好！
即場再加餸，荷塘蒸乳酪，其實係蒸蛋白，軟滑易入口，人人啱食。XO醬金鉤小炒王係我至愛，有蝦乾、蝦仁、魷魚、韮菜花、菜脯、腰果，但嫌唔夠XO醬。南乳香酥骨同陳醋肉排都發揮正常。反而啫啫肉鬆唐生菜裡面嘅肉鬆比較咸。再加份淨雲吞同淨水餃，因為2樣都好好食，無法二選一 
。甜品揀咗薑汁千層糕，又係必食，夠薑﹗
