在美食YouTuber的加持下,這一家隱世川滬餐廳就成了熱愛小籠包的食客,要去朝聖的地方。這裏的小籠包風格其實簡單而言就是大而美,像新蒲崗的拉麵餐館一樣的大,是平時小籠包的兩倍體積,但是能夠做到皮夠薄,湯汁夠澎湃,摺紋不太多,吃起來頂部有點厚,但純粹吸啜湯汁這方面真的做得很不錯,湯汁清甜,內裏的肉餡偏瘦,有嚼勁但並不不老,三四十元的定價來說,真的質素很不錯。牛肉餅的牛肉汁,則沒有小籠包般澎湃,但外皮香脆而中心依然保持着腥味的煙靭,當然要如清真牛肉館般,就有點高要求了。Propelled by food YouTubers, this hidden gem has become a pilgrimage site for xiaolongbao lovers.
