今次再次去大小姐冰室到食早餐，印象中都有段时间冇嚟呢度食早餐，今次经过去北角顺便食个靓早餐！我好钟意食茶餐厅嘅经典，港式早餐，够晒地道，而呢间嘅选择都非常之多！menu如下：我每次都一定会叫嘅系：鲍丝火腿通粉本身已经好钟意食通粉做早餐，呢碗仲多咗鲍丝，咸香味十足。卖相亦都好好睇，碗汤唔系普通嘅滚水，系浓缩嘅鸡汤，我真系饮晒成碗㗎🤣我哋亦都叫咗雪菜肉丝米粉，雪菜好新鲜，酸酸地同肉丝嘅味道好夹，比较特别适合钟意清淡口味嘅人。不过𠮶度都有辣油可以自己加，朋友都有加到，即刻有味好多早餐又点少得炒蛋同牛油多士，炒蛋好滑，好奇唔知道有冇加埋牛奶一齐炒呢！好奇想试吓呢度嘅鸡扒同薯饼，鸡扒新鲜炸起嚟又唔错㖞，个适量而且食落口感好脆，肉质都几多汁。薯饼正常。叫埋杯热奶茶同冻咖啡，真系一个好满足嘅早餐。环境同之前一样都好舒适，我好钟意佢哋门口个牌，冰室嚟讲都整得几靓！食物质素同我上次一样，我觉得一向都唔错，下次再经过北角呢头我都会拣返呢间😎

都系果句，饮嘢前系要打底嘅。由于都系饮cocktail ，我地唔需要放旧牛油入口，食饱就够，最多唔饮嘢啦！听讲大小姐之前食物质素麻麻哋，不过睇到门口Menu，有嘢想食，所以坚持入去试伏。好彩呢度啲嘢系Ok嘅，相信依家有进步，比想像中好超多，吓死宝宝了！舖头门面系咁样云吞鸡煲 $148虽然云吞鸡系汤，不过呢度叫云吞鸡煲，系有例汤同白饭一碗。呢度系简易做法，将鸡肉浸喺鸡汤上面，然后放云吞，几钟意呢种做法，起码啲鸡肉系食到嘅，唔系煲汤鸡。呢度嘅云吞系港式做法，虾都几多。同埋原来食完云吞，浸左好多娃娃菜，都算足料。百花炸蟹钳 （2只）$70百花即系虾胶，外皮炸得干身，里面包嘅虾胶，系几爽，如果想食得清爽啲，可以点埋隔离个糖醋，酸酸甜甜，又一番风味。肯定好过街市冻肉舖，果啲鱼浆产品。菠萝海鲜炒饭 $108菠萝海鲜炒饭，真系好多海鲜。黄姜粉炒饭炒得几干身，海鲜有鱿鱼、虾仁、蚬肉同鸣门卷，呢间无落鸡肉再炒，反而有三色豆，加多少少港式炒饭嘅感觉。唔错但偏贵，$108应该贵在两只青口，方便俾我地打卡。总数 $326

Dinner at Missy Cafe! This place is located very close to fortress hill mtr, a good location! We ordered a few dishes, such as steamed fish of the day, Sirloin Steak, the XO sauce shrimp, and the steamed grouper with vegetables. before it’s heard that the food quality from this cafe was average, but now it has been improving and the food tastes better than i have expected! dishes we ordered as follows:Steamed fish of the day This is the dish of the night! the Steamed fish is fresh, have a balanced taste, and good to eat with the rice! Its a well seasoned Steamed fish, not too salty, and yet not bland! Steamed grouper with vegetablesAnother fish dish that we ordered. This is also very nice fish dish! the fish is tender and juicy, a nice dish to eat. We are also impressed with the broccoli, which tasted amazing! its well seasoned, and have a nice umami flavor, different to normal broccoli in a nice way! XO sauce ShrimpWe had the XO sauced shrimp, this shrimp is big, fresh, and have a good combination of flavor with the xo sauce. They also give a generous amount of shrimp in the dish!Sirloin SteakWe then also ordered the Sirloin Steak, which is very worth it. The steak is big, tender, and juicy, really a good value for money! it also comes witb the salad!All the food also come with soup set and drinks too which is a really nice experience to have from start to finish.This is nice dining place with a lot variety of menus that they offer. Additionally, it is very reasonably priced too!

今朝嚟到炮台山呢间大小姐冰室食早餐，店舖算是阔落，有圆枱有卡位，座位算是舒适。坐低望一望个餐牌，都有好多唔同种类既早餐选择，上次试过沙嗲牛肉面，普普通通，今次就试下佢个蕃茄浓汤，配了个牛肉公仔面。牛肉同公仔面都一般，冇甚惊喜，反而个蕃茄浓汤就甜酸味道几均衡，几开胃，仲有薯仔粒同蕃茄系个汤里面，口感丰富不少。口味：🥚🥚🥚环境：🥚🥚🥚🥚服务：🥚🥚🥚🥚性价比：🥚🥚🥚

最近我同朋友去咗一间餐厅，呢度坐得舒服，听讲之前食物质素麻麻哋，而家有进步，而家进步咗好多，等我同大家介绍一下鲜果咕噜肉咕噜肉外面炸得金黄酥脆，咬落去肉质嫩滑，完全冇油腻感。佢嘅酱汁酸酸甜甜，正正就系我哋钟意嘅咕噜肉味道。竹笙扒罗汉斋竹笙质地滑嫩，带有淡淡嘅清香，配合新鲜时蔬，例如西兰花、红萝卜同埋香菇，色彩缤纷，睇到都令人开心。酱汁用得唔多，保持咗食材嘅原味三色蒸水蛋三色蒸水蛋系一个经典嘅家常菜，呢个版本特别靓，蛋羹滑嫩，入口即化，唔会过咸，适合配搭各种菜式。白色嘅鸡蛋食落去唔单止好味，仲好有食欲。
