位于跑马地载德街嘅「壹玖捌叁」,唔止系一间港式餐厅咁简单,而系一场味觉与视觉嘅双重享受。由装潢到菜式,每一个细节都见心思,难怪成为唔少人打卡之选。花雕蛋白配白泡唔止系一道菜,更似一幅画。白色蛋白如雪山般静静地坐喺蓝白陶瓷碟中央,顶部一抹橙黄花雕酱,像夕阳落山前最后一丝光。周围铺满粗盐或碎冰,似海岸边嘅浪花,衬托出蛋白嘅洁白与柔和。细细睇,仲有啲小花、小叶、黑豆、甚至一只细细只嘅蟹,像系一个微型生态,将整个海岸场景搬上枱面 🦀🌸🧂。味道方面,花雕酒香唔浓烈,反而系淡淡地渗入蛋白之中,入口滑溜,唔腻。白泡轻盈,像系空气中飘浮嘅细雾,唔系主角,但令整体多咗一份层次。呢碟菜唔系要你「哗」一声,而系要你慢慢望、慢慢食,然后喺心入面轻轻咁赞一句:「靓。」佢唔系𠮶种令人即刻记得味道嘅菜,但系你会记得佢嘅样,记得𠮶种静静地、唔争唔抢嘅美。系一种唔讲嘢但有存在感嘅风格,像系一个唔出声但好有气质嘅人。流心咸蛋黄芋角外面睇落平平无奇,一咬落去,流心奶黄爆出嚟,咸蛋香同芋蓉夹得好靓,唔会太腻,食完仲想再叫多只。墨汁鱿鱼饺系虾加鱿鱼嘅饺,配啲墨汁,几有创意,口感丰富,墨汁冇抢味,反而令成件事有层次。黑糖马拉糕配椰丝牛油好食,只系其他太出色,佢就变得冇咁突出。不过椰丝牛油加得啱,有少少惊喜。但被其他食物比下去🤪整体嚟讲,呢餐系有记忆嘅。唔系每道菜都惊为天人,但有几样真系食完会记得。唔浮夸,唔造作,系一餐有诚意、有心机嘅港式创作。Read More

Their DiningCity special menu (HKD250/person) was a delight—highlights included the crispy prawn with tropical fruit sauce (perfectly crunchy and tangy) and the luxurious abalone minced pork tart.
