Revisited The Cafe at Sheraton twice for their lunch buffet. .As usual, the oysters and sashimi were fresh and satisfying. My sis tried the mushroom cream soup, and she really appreciated its creaminess.The cold cuts like parma ham, salami and smoked salmon were savoury and paried well with the cheese. Appetizers like tofu salad, century eggs and mala chicken wings were quite appetising.For their hot dishes, the steak was only soso to me. It was not that tasty and felt slightly heavy. However, I really loved their beef tongue, which was extremely tender, meaty and flavourful. The steamed egg was smooth and eggy too.We ended our meal with their desserts, which I appreciated the most. Such a diverse variety and they were definitely delicious. 今次系透过Klook的双十一买二送二优惠，绝对超值。酒店环境阔落，格调高级，自助餐食物水准好高，尤其系刺身和海鲜，虽食物种类唔算多，但以海鲜迷嚟讲绝对足够！至于甜点方便，我妹话好推介金奇异果拿破仑，但好可惜佢出咗一转就冇再出，我想试都试唔到（问咗店员，只系早段出一次，如果想试，要快手啊）饮品方便：有汽水、咖啡、橙汁，冻柠茶、冻柠水。…查看更多

The Cafe之前去咗K字头网站买到买一送一午市自助餐，好彩今日最终冇挂八号风球可以照常出席，不过我昨日都有打去酒店佢话可以改期的，今次系我第一次去呢间酒店食自助餐，期待！因为食物太多好难品评太多，亦都食唔到咁多款式，只讲个人食过的必食推介😁冷盘：烟三文鱼热荤：烧牛，烧鹅，蒸鱼，吉列鸡扒(咖喱）刺身：希灵鱼，甜虾冻海鲜：长脚蟹，法国生蚝，翡翠螺甜品：Tiramisu，朱古力蛋糕，芝麻蛋糕，焦糖炖蛋整体嚟讲，今日食呢个自助餐非常之抵，甜品系最出色，长脚蟹都唔错，其他就一般般，服务很好，收碟快，环境舒服…查看更多
