很久沒有吃點心，朋友介紹去九號館，說質素很好又座得舒適。我們一行三人午市到達，侍應親切有禮，朋友看見港心點心竟然有焗豬扒飯食，好奇點來試試，果然有驚喜，吃得出茄汁不是坊間那些人造茄汁，而是帶新鮮番茄味的濃汁，即叫即焗，不算等很久，豬扒也很鬆軟滑嫩，侍應更細心地為我們分飯，服務周到。點心方面，朋友推介的蘿蔔絲酥，水準很高，鬆脆的千層酥，內含條條分明的蘿蔔絲條，很有口感，不像一般的變成了蘿蔔茸的蘿蔔絲，食得出挑選食材嚴謹。整體而言，食物質素優質，服務質素令人難忘，值得推介給朋友來試試，這樣舒適又好味的一頓午餐，很久沒試過，相信我很快應該又會來吃了。

第一次泥，係比個環境驚豔到嘅當然個 menu 都係啦最平嘅點心好似已經要70蚊仲要劃一得三件細細舊都幾 o嘴咁嘅排面緊係會對個點心質素更有要求啦食咗蝦餃，蟹餃，蝦多士，蘿蔔酥，XO 醬腸粉同楊枝甘露兩個餃我簡直可以話係難食餃皮質地出咗事，裏面啲餡又細又乾講真，平時食廿幾蚊一款點心嗰啲好食佢多多聲蘿蔔酥就真係好過一般嘅，但係都唔值囉腸粉質地係散嘅喊出泥大家有冇發現點解淨係得環境相？因為啲點心連樣都冇，影唔落手我覺得餐飯嘅錢係比落前枱客服嘅人廚房真係唔值呢個價。。食得好傷心嘅一餐

Openrice同門口都寫住10點開門10:05去到門口 無開燈 門口又推唔到發現未開門打電話又無人聽 跟住又飛左線去第二個電話度以為執左 咁就走啦10:09打返黎問我係咪打過去我話係呀 係門口 見未開門咪打去問下點知個服務員話係呀 係呀 未開呀 要等多陣明明夠鐘開門都唔開 已經扣哂分真係唔會再去幫襯

從利東街開店一直支持到現在但新開張的雪廠店，除了裝潢更上一個台階以外服務和食品質素差到不敢想像招牌的叉燒是臭的⋯和之前兩家分店吃到的味道差太多叫點餐服務員並不著急理會，坐在那邊吃完自己的東西，才慢悠悠過來。失望至極，不會再去⋯

年紀愈大, 愈喜歡飲茶文化, 眼看現在的茶樓愈來愈多, 真心覺得需要支持, 年輕一代喜歡新潮即食的飲食習慣, 如此繼續下去, 飲茶文化真的會消失。早已聽聞九號館是一間高質素的中式餐館,  一直很想試。結果真的沒有令我失望, 裝修方面, 看到復刻昔日的點心牌裝飾, 這就是我小時候入茶樓吃點心的樣子,  好親切。食物質素方面,  點心好好吃, 那種味道是傳統點心應有的味道, 即蒸即吃, 大滿足。服務員的態度親切有禮, 令我與友人吃的這頓午餐很愉快。很開心香港還有一間用心製作食物 的中餐館, 我會再去支持, 也多謝九號館把兒時吃的點心味道完美還原, 值得支持。

同朋友即興約左中環食飯，randomly 見到餐廳裝修得幾靚，而且唔使等位，就入去一試。餐廳分兩層，樓上一層係bar，侍應話下午好多人黎happy hour。樓下餐廳得大概6-7張檯～未必坐到咁多人。朋友好想食扁皮鴨，就叫左半隻；再加碟干炒牛河。扁皮鴨上台時覺得吾夠熱，有小小失望。干炒牛河好油，未炒到干身。餐廳還有提供點心，可惜我地當晚吾算太肚餓，未有order。整體來說，性價比不高。

12:15pm Lunch with Banker. Picked this restaurant given its convenient location and the branch at the Fringe was good. Booked through WhatsApp.Upon arrival, was informed by Banker that booking was nowhere to be found.Seated in the bar area upstairs. Banker was a bit annoyed, but a glance at the miniature tables and chairs in the dining room downstairs reassured me that we wouldn’t be missing much. Met here for drinks and dinner on night of 10th Oct 2023. Although the restaurant was empty I was disappointed to be seated near the kitchen counter which was poorly and ‘tackily’ hidden with Chinese screens: I could also hear the exhaust humming and staff speaking loudly - not at all what I expected. My first thought was that it’s such an amateurish set up which was skimping on under trained staff. Suitable price charged for the food quality and great cocktails. But sadly the atmosphere does

My first time in this restaurant, and I was not disappointed. Simple and elegantly presented, the wow factor was in the taste of the food. We started with cocktails and got a plate of fried whitebait 炸白飯魚which was out of this world- meaty, crispy and tender at the same time. This was followed by a very flavorsome Har Kau 九號舘蝦餃which we thought we’d try because it bore the restaurant’s name ( a true signature]. 之前都有去過另外兩間九号館，呢間啲食物保持到水準。雖然有兩層，但係店鋪面積比較細。無乜大枱，比較適合二至四人用餐。我哋都好鐘意嗰碟豉椒排骨炒麵，啲麵係炸咗好耐冇食過。正👍🏻
