A friend recommended a Teppanyaki restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui, so I went there for lunch on Saturday to try it out. It was a promotion and very affordable.The appetizers were three small dishes, including radish, smoked chicken, eggplant, and fruit salad.Then there were the best sashimi, including red fish, squid, and hamachi, which were very fresh.Then came my favorite chawanmushi. The chawanmushi of Mikazuki is one of the best I have ever eaten. The most special part is that it has bonito soup

Then came my favorite chawanmushi. The chawanmushi of Mikazuki is one of the best I have ever eaten. The most special part is that it has bonito soup, which is super sweet and fresh. There are also fish roe and shredded black fungus, which tastes just right.
The lobster is very punch-able, the sauce is made from lobster head paste, the sauce is rich, the lobster is very chewy, you can taste the fresh ingredients, and the chef's cooking skills are very professional.
The king tiger prawns are packed back into one prawn when they are served, which is also first-class punch-able. In terms of taste, the prawn meat is chewy and rich, and even the prawn whiskers are fried to crispy.
Then there is a fusion dish, the cod fish is very tender, topped with clam sauce, and some French vegetables, it is a very thoughtful dish.

A4 Kagoshima Wagyu is definitely the main dish of this meal. The beef is tender and smooth, the fat is evenly distributed, and it melts in your mouth. We are very satisfied.

The teppanyaki fried rice was rich in flavor and each grain was distinct. The staff suggested that we just eat a portion and then try adding bonito soup to make it tea rice.
The dessert was red bean green tea daifuku, which was a perfect end to the meal. Overall, the price-performance ratio was very high, the whole meal was very rich, basically everything you wanted was included, and the sauces were all surprising.
