呢次同朋友嚟到尖沙咀呢间几有名气嘅铁板烧,可以睇到日本籍师傅席前烹煮,分别叫咗一个$398 嘅丰-一人前铁板餐同一个$1240嘅A5宫崎和牛龙虾鲍鱼套餐share, 俾大家睇吓有咩分别啦首先前菜有蒜头渍、味噌茄子同烟熏鸡肉;之后有柚子沙律开开胃 (刺身系另一个贵餐先有)$398 丰-一人前铁板餐呢个餐真系性价比之选啊,咁平嘅价钱都可以食到优质嘅海鲜同肉类大虎虾以虾膏打成汁、仲有白蚬汁同香草汁,一虾三种味道,虾肉非常弹牙,而且半煎炸到好脆,连虾须都食得鲜活苏格兰蛏子皇以葱、蒜、牛油炒蛏子王,非常惹味有嚼劲 鹿儿岛黑毛猪薄烧卷七选一嘅肉类我就拣咗黑毛猪薄烧卷,脂肪瘦肉比例均衡,包住葱、蒜、金菇丝,香气扑鼻又Juicy最后有铁板炒饭、茶碗蒸、味噌汤同大福、另外一个餐就系有龙虾嘅味噌汤同雪糕,其中一个铁板炒饭就拣咗梅渍口味,梅子独特嘅酸甜为炒饭带来不一样嘅风味,仲可以加汤wasabi 做茶渍饭,呢个就比一般炒饭冇咁腻口$1240 A5宫崎和牛龙虾鲍鱼套餐如果有大事要庆祝想挥霍一下,都几推荐呢个套餐,因为有广岛蚝、南非鲍鱼、龙虾、A5和牛等嘅矜贵食材,而且师傅都用唔同嘅烹调方式将食材嘅优点发挥到极致首先嚟一客极上刺身,有牡丹虾,赤身,油甘鱼广岛蚝有手掌咁大只咁肥美,鲜甜嫩滑又甘香南非黑边鲍鱼以紫菜昆布汁烹煮,非常之夹,鲍鱼新鲜好有嚼劲,最后就食埋香浓嘅鲍鱼肝龙虾有成500g, 肉质雪白滑弹,同样以虾膏做酱汁够原汁原味,龙虾头就用嚟煲汤A4鹿儿岛和牛薄烧有细腻嘅脂肪纹理,入口即溶,散发出诱人香气,有配葱汁面豉汁芝麻酱,我最钟意都系就咁配蒜片食,蒜香味浓郁,层次感十足 继续阅读

A friend recommended a Teppanyaki restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui, so I went there for lunch on Saturday to try it out. It was a promotion and very affordable.The appetizers were three small dishes, including radish, smoked chicken, eggplant, and fruit salad.Then there were the best sashimi, including red fish, squid, and hamachi, which were very fresh.Then came my favorite chawanmushi. The chawanmushi of Mikazuki is one of the best I have ever eaten. The most special part is that it has bonito soup, which is super sweet and fresh. There are also fish roe and shredded black fungus, which tastes just right.The lobster is very punch-able, the sauce is made from lobster head paste, the sauce is rich, the lobster is very chewy, you can taste the fresh ingredients, and the chef's cooking skills are very professional.The king tiger prawns are packed back into one prawn when they are served, which is also first-class punch-able. In terms of taste, the prawn meat is chewy and rich, and even the prawn whiskers are fried to crispy.Then there is a fusion dish, the cod fish is very tender, topped with clam sauce, and some French vegetables, it is a very thoughtful dish.Foie gras is one of the most anticipated dishes, it melts in your mouth, it is very fragrant and smooth, it is really unforgettable.A4 Kagoshima Wagyu is definitely the main dish of this meal. The beef is tender and smooth, the fat is evenly distributed, and it melts in your mouth. We are very satisfied.Then there are teppanyaki wild vegetables to relieve the greasiness.The teppanyaki fried rice was rich in flavor and each grain was distinct. The staff suggested that we just eat a portion and then try adding bonito soup to make it tea rice.The dessert was red bean green tea daifuku, which was a perfect end to the meal. 三日月尖沙咀金马伦广场2楼餐厅有种高级感,有风格又优雅,食材非常新鲜性价比高,仲可以睇住厨师一边煮一边食,厨师工价十足服务仲非常好澳洲龙虾美国Pam肉眼薄烧九道菜午市套餐$498前菜三小点蒜头渍,味噌茄子,烟熏鸡肉前菜好丰富,食落好清新,配埋青木瓜沙律,清爽又开胃沙律鲜活澳洲龙虾虾头会攞去滚一碗汤,味道鲜甜,热辣,味道清甜,有助减淡油腻茶碗蒸水蛋入面加咗松露,同埋鲣鱼汁,入口香浓,非常浓郁嘅松露味,鱼子放在蛋上面,好吸睛,水蛋入口好滑,够晒暖胃铁板烧日本野菜莲藕爽口,番薯清甜,冬菇新鲜,好香嘅菇味美国prime肉眼薄烧卷和牛嘅油花好靓,入口淡淡牛嘅油香又Juicy唔会油腻铁板炒饭炒饭加咗酸梅酱,令到味道更加独特,配菜有葱花,小鱼亁,樱花虾,厨师建议先食一半原味,然后再加埋鲣鱼汤同Wasabi一齐食,炒饭能够食到两款味道,卖相赏心悦目,一饭二食龙虾味噌汤用龙虾头烹调嘅汤特别好味,够晒鲜甜甜品艾草福饼,甜甜的,细细粒,软绵绵,食完都唔够喉 继续阅读

同老公结婚周年,老公拣左呢间,试下先。我地迟左订,bar 枱full 左,所以我地座下面既枱。不过唔紧要,以前都食过铁板烧,所以都见过厨师煮既情况。佢既餐单都有几款,有一人SET 同二人set 既价钱,佢可以叫两个唔同既餐都可以有2人餐既优恵。👍🏻今日我地叫左琵琶虾圣子餐同埋A5和牛龙虾鲍鱼餐,我哋另加咗一份鹅肝配多士。因为本来想加钱鹅肝炒饭,但系店员好热心咁介绍,话鹅肝炒饭其实食唔到鹅肝,如果真系想食,就散叫一份。前菜当然有渍物,沙律同埋茶碗蒸,另外佢都有生蚝刺身配柚子汁。味道唔难食,但系唔知点解冇乜味道,例如生蚝冇鲜味,但又唔系坏咗。我同老公都有同一感觉。店员服务好好,知道你哋想打卡,主菜喺拎去烧之前会拎俾你哋大合照同佢影相之后先拎去俾师傅铁板烧。呢样嘢要加分。慢慢主菜上台,琵琶虾话系当日新鲜,但系唔知点解我同老公都食唔出琵琶虾嘅弹牙;而个龙虾都唔错,龙虾肉都算弹牙,个龙虾头同琵琶虾头店员叫我哋唔好食住,因为转头会拎去放汤。蛏子同埋鲍鱼就唔错,但系都系觉得冇海鲜嘅鲜味,最主要系佢个酱汁嚟帮佢提升个味道。佢个A5和牛入口即溶,肉质嚟讲系唔错嘅,但系都系𠮶句,冇牛味😝而佢个薄切和牛包住啲菇嚟一齐食,唔错嘅,因为啲菇系会减轻啲肥腻感而头先食剩嘅龙虾头同埋个琵琶虾头佢用嚟放汤,但系我同老公都系只系煮好嘅面豉汤,将啲虾头放落去煲一阵,其实个汤完全冇龙虾味或者鲜味。🤦🏼‍♀️反而我冇加钱嘅炒饭有惊喜,佢会叫你食净一半变茶渍饭,呢样嘢几好。但系我以为铁板烧有炒野菜,呢度系冇嘅。😳而佢依度嘅甜品,只系一球雪糕,感觉就普通咗啲,我最后自己加钱要咗一个焦糖多士,味道可以啦。因为我地周年纪念关系,餐厅好有心整左个甜品俾我地影相,打卡好喇,唔好讲味道🥺值得一提系佢地填既手工啤酒好啱我饮,好好饮👍🏻👍🏻整体嚟讲,店员服务一流,会不停同你打卡影相,会介绍你食物次序;另外,咁嘅价钱,有咁多样嘢嘢食,都系可以试吓铁板烧嘅;但系以食物质素嚟讲,就一般啦,一般都冇乜鲜味。整体味道指数:😋😋/5性价比:💰💰💰/5环境:❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️/5服务:✅✅✅✅✅/5(其实我影左好多食物相,但OpenRice 只准上载原图,拼图果啲都要delete 晒, 俾唔到大家睇🫢🫢) 继续阅读
