I especially love their bouncy texture. - Beef Brisket – Tender and delicious. I ordered a combo with fish balls and brisket, and they were very generous with the portions - almost too much to finish! - Noodles – Cooked perfectly, with just the right texture - not too soft, not too firm. Room for Improvement:- Soup Base – Unfortunately, it’s way too salty, almost ruining the bowl. Next time, I’ll order lo mein (noodles without soup) instead. 有时出街食饭谂唔到食乜嘢,简简单单食碗面,想见多你几面😜再加上天气都开始热,唔想食咁多嘢,食碗面就够!呢间铜锣湾三才鱼蛋粉面,下午茶时段都多人都会有人排队,不过食粉面通常都系速食,食完都好快手走,所以等一下就好快入去,里面冷气好够凉👍🏻喺门口排队嘅时候,会有姨姨帮你写定order,入到去好快就有本热辣辣嘅面上枱!墨虾条米线 :里面有虾肉,墨鱼肉和粟米粒,食落去都比较弹牙,我觉得有少少似墨鱼滑嘅感觉,口感都好丰富,加埋虾肉同粟米有啲咬口西洋菜饺河:呢个自家制饺子,出面都比较少,西洋菜汤就饮过,但系估唔到用嚟包饺子食,又另一番风味,西洋菜再加埋猪肉,真系皮薄馅靓,而河粉又好滑蚝油生菜:食菜又健康,又可以补充纤维可口可乐解暑一流

铜锣湾的这家粉面店位于热闹的市区,吸引了不少游客到访。尽管如此,他们仍保持著实惠的价格,每碗粉面仅售不超过$40,绝对是个良心之选。这里的食材品质一流,根据之前在YouTube上看到的介绍,他们使用自家制的鱼片、鱼蛋和鱼片头,汤底更是以纯正的鱼汤熬制而成,绝不添加味精。粉面本身口感滑溜,每碗还配有几片新鲜的生菜,鱼片和鱼蛋的份量十足,亦都食得出系自家工场准备,绝对新鲜。无论是本地人还是游客都绝对值得一试。

二月上旬的港岛,昼夜温差大。晚间风大,总想吃点热乎的食物。鱼蛋粉面是香港街头不可或缺的美食,顺路感受下铜锣湾闹市隐藏在背街小巷里的鱼蛋粉。🪴环境:在希慎广场附近的渣甸坊,与人气很旺的渣甸街相邻。门前是一大排铁皮档摊位,门头有所遮挡,大隐隐于市。潮州人家经营的小店,老板有三个子女,所以店名叫三才,在将军澳有工厂自制食材。店面不大,布置还算温馨,灯光明亮,干净卫生。有几张小桌,卡座是隔开的。来就餐的多是附近的街坊、打工人,游客很少。晚上到店,直接落座,不用等位。🐟鱼蛋鱼片河:主营鱼蛋粉面,鱼蛋鱼片等都是自家做的,非常新鲜。鱼蛋鱼片料足,一碗河粉搭配4颗鱼蛋,3片鱼片。鱼蛋制作工艺一流,口感爽弹,有鱼的鲜味,但不是很突出。炸鱼片外焦里韧,河粉细滑,不软烂断结,口感非常好。常驻香港,完全可以来这里买火锅食材。汤头清淡没加味精,可根据自己的口味添加桌上提供的调味品,浙醋、辣椒油等。桌上的辣椒油,油香四溢,味道很好,辣度挺高,本重庆人好评。炸鱼皮一定要点,很惊艳!非常新鲜,厚实又香酥,用油品质也不错。可以空口直接吃,也可以放进汤头吸收汤汁精华后再吃。在人潮涌动的铜锣湾,价位实惠,服务街坊。🛎️服务:春节期间放假,初五开市。餐具碗筷勺全是粉红色,很少女心。店家服务态度挺好,只能现金或八达通,点单前有特别询问告知。📍香港特别行政区湾仔区铜锣湾渣甸坊48号彩怡阁地下6号铺。
