✔️ 照烧鸡肉饭:一端上来那卖相真是绝了!油亮亮的酱汁裹着鸡肉铺在米饭上,撒着芝麻,还配了溏心蛋和蔬菜,视觉冲击力满分,瞬间就勾起了我的馋虫!迫不及待尝一口鸡肉……嗯?这口感也太像减脂餐里的水煮鸡胸肉了吧!味道超级清淡,几乎没什么咸香,关键是肉质有点柴,干巴巴的。全靠那碗日式咖喱酱救命,必须得把鸡肉狠狠蘸满浓稠微甜的咖喱,才能勉强吃下去。颜值和味道的反差也太大了点。✔️ 招牌肉汁汉堡扒蛋包饭:这份算是扳回一城!我点的招牌,中间的汉堡肉饼是亮点,煎得香喷喷,肉汁还算丰富,口感扎实有肉香,调味也刚好。旁边炖的胡萝卜超级软烂,用勺子轻轻一压就成泥了,绵密得跟婴儿辅食似的,甜滋滋的,我很喜欢。滑嫩的蛋皮包裹着米饭,整体搭配起来确实是这四份饭里我觉得最好吃、最协调的一份。❌ 但是!重点来了——性价比真的让人笑不出来!就这四份普普通通的日式简餐,结账时一看账单,居然快900块了!我的天,这个价格在别处都能吃顿相当不错的正餐了吧?汉堡扒饭虽然味道尚可,但也绝对撑不起这个价位。总的来说,味道有好有坏,但价格实在辣手,钱包很受伤,感觉不太值当。 继续阅读

五一假期同家人留港消费,到餐厅午餐,排队时我老公见餐厅内有座位,但外面就排满人,所以问餐厅服务员 点解冇人接待排队客人入内,要人企晒系度等,经理走出来,态度非常恶劣,问边条友问呀?然后我老公就问佢咁多人排队点解你哋有位都唔畀人入去餐厅,呢位经理用质问嘅语气 回答:"你有冇排紧队呀?排到你未呀?" 我哋未食就已经一肚气饱晒,所以决定走人去另外一间餐厅,今时今日香港餐厅结业潮,就系多得呢啲服务员, 呢啲咁嘅服务,再好食、再抵食都唔会再帮衬! 继续阅读

因为想食汉堡扒蛋包饭,满心期待,呢个价钱,质素一定有番咁上下,点知系极度失望,唔明点解仲有人来食?一间开咗咁耐嘅舖头质素竟然是如此,大开眼界,一份汉堡扒蛋包饭,成为二百几蚊,未包括服务费,蛋包饭嘅饭,似用急冻炒饭,完全食唔出新鲜,唔系热辣辣个种感觉,仲要有啲根本未熟透咁,一嚿嚿,另外汉堡扒质素不愿置评,这样质素真的对得住这价钱吗??另外仲叫咗一份意粉,拿破里意粉🍝,其实无难度,一少堆意粉,加酱料再加没几片薄肠仔就成为百几蚊。有服务费没有服务可言,水也不会给你倒一杯,你自己来吧,没问题,如果系一般茶餐厅价钱呢个质素我接受。香港嘅饮食,就是这样吗? 继续阅读

Yesterday, while strolling through Harbour City, my stomach began to rumble. Spotting a reputed omurice specialty restaurant, I decided to venture in and explore!As soon as it arrived, the "Grilled Eel Omurice" ($248) captivated my attention! The golden-yellow omelet, resembling an exquisite work of art, gently enveloped the fragrant, distinct grains of rice. What truly impressed me was the plump grilled eel, resting atop the omurice, shimmering with an enticing glaze, making my mouth water. The eel's flesh was tender, coated in a rich and sweet-yet-not-cloying grilled sauce, harmonizing perfectly with the soft, delicate, and eggy omelet. The portion was remarkably generous; even for someone with an average appetite like myself, finishing it alone was a challenge. I recommend sharing it with friends.Next up was the "Maple Butter Soufflé Pancakes" ($128), which also didn't disappoint.
