Tucked away in a charming corner, this Indian British restaurant spans two floors with both indoor and outdoor seating. The heat is addictive but too few wagyu beef cubes. The Wagyu is nearly indistinguishable with the regular beef. Personally I found it unnecessary to use Wagyu for heavily spiced dish, for better execution large chunks of regular beef is much more appealing than tiny cubes of Wagyu beef.

The benchmark of an authentic British Indian cuisine. Creamy, a hint of sweetness with just the right kick of spice. Love the charcoal grill aroma from the roasted chicken.

The naan is in a rather stiff from that is almost unstretchable. Garlic flavor has a more balanced seasonings and pairs well with curry. The Truffle Cheese is disastrous with any kind of curry as the earthy smells of truffle pretty much overpowered any spices.

The set comes with a slice of Pistachio Burnt Basque Cheesecake and we initially planned to order another sticky toffee pudding separately since many recommended it. Credits to the manager who took the initiative and offered us switching the cake into one portion of pudding to be shared.
A scoop of ice cream with the sweet, moist pudding is very satisfying.

Food in generally are alright given that the entire team are indian so use of spice should never be their concern. The major issue hampering our dining experience was the short of manpower. Only two floor staff facing all that hungry diners, albeit I deeply empathised with them, the long wait was frustating. To minimise travelling back n forth, they have no choice but to put the finished dishes on hold downstairs and deliver them in bulk. Some dishes are just lukewarm after the long wait. Hopefully they would re-consider their flow to optimize customers' and employee experience.

题外话/补充资料： The dining city set originally comes with a slice of Pistachio Burnt Basque Cheesecake ($128). The manager offered us switching the cake into one portion of pudding ($138) to be shared.
