老公生日,當然由他選擇去邊食生日飯,結果佢揀了….大邊爐,是他最愛。樓上餐廳,環境光猛,座位舒適,自助區集中在一處,整齊企理。火鍋有A餐($298)和B餐($399)分別在於B餐可無限追加。我地都唔係大食之人,所以A餐就好足夠。自助食品 區有各式汽水、韓式飲品、熱茶、啤酒等等,還有冷泡茶。 老公當然要啤一啤,揀了泰國象啤,而我就要了杯酸酸甜甜嘅百香果啫喱凍飲。自助熟食區 大部分都是炸物,另外仲有些日式涼拌。揀咗中華沙律、蟹籽青瓜沙律、關東煮、炸榴槤丸、炸三文魚和炸魚皮等,各款都唔錯。刺身拼盤  有肥美油潤嘅三文魚腩、鮮甜柔軟的帶子、鮮甜黏爽嘅牡丹蝦,三款都色澤亮麗,好新鮮!花膠雞湯 出場啦!先將雞和花膠放入湯滾,飲完戈嗰湯才打邊爐。湯底金黃濃稠,鮮甜帶有雞肉香,雞肉嫩滑,花膠軟糯Q彈,溫潤不膩,超好飲超好食。到打邊爐時間啦!海鮮拼盤 有超肥美鮮味嘅生蠔;爽嫩嘅鮑魚;爽嫩嘅鱔片;爽彈的生猛基圍蝦和鮮甜的海蜆,非常豐富。各款都非常非常新鮮,我們都滿意。牛盛盤 共有四款,包括牛小排、牛肩胛、安格斯牛板腱及雪花一口牛,全部都色澤紅潤,好新鮮,油脂分佈平均。涮一會,嫩肉中夾雜着油潤的肥膏,好嫩滑,且牛味濃,優質!正!自助火鍋料 也有不少選擇,要咗脆肉鯇骨、魚片、三文魚頭、支竹、豆腐、丸、福袋、魚腐和蔬菜等。三款魚都不錯,特別是三文魚頭,很滑溜;丸類和福袋啲饀都幾特別,不錯!蔬菜新鮮清爽。甜品 有蛋糕、泡芙、和果子、糖水、啫󠄁喱、雪糕等,要咗兩杯雪糕和一件朱古力布朗尼。蛋糕香甜不膩;雪糕品牌很出色,榴槤味和港式奶茶都好突出,口感又滑,喜歡!…Read More

今晚約了一位好耐無見的朋友吃飯,知佢鍾情於西餐,所以揀咗間舒服嘅西餐廳同佢一聚。餐廳環境很舒適,裝潢優雅,燈光柔和,室內和室外都有座位,卡座相當闊落,是暢談食嘢的好地方。晚巿有很多選擇,有二人晚餐、一人晚餐、單點菜式、甜品和飲品。今晚我地各選一份一人晚餐,再追加前菜和甜品,好豐富!每款晚餐包是日餐湯和$32或以下餐飲一杯。是日餐湯竟是我最愛的南瓜湯($0/跟餐),太好彩!口感綿密幼滑,稀稠度適中,味道稍稍香甜,喜歡!另外升級法式蟹肉龍蝦湯(+$38),內有些鮮嫩嘅蟹肉,陣陣鮮香,入口順滑,味道濃郁,好得!北海道帶子沙律(+$38)肉質鮮嫩,面層稍稍輕煎,帶些焦香,內裏半熟,柔軟嫩口,好食!沙律清爽新鮮,配咗一些酸咪咪黑醋汁,好醒胃!軟殼蟹黑松露忌廉意大利飯 ($138)原隻軟殻蟹上枱,賣相一流!炸至乾身而不油膩,外脆肉腍,香口入味。意大利飯滿有黑松露嘅幽香味道,唔會過於濃烈,沾滿香濃的忌廉,相當creamy,較易咀嚼。露絲絲瑪莉香草燒羊架($218)指定七成熟,燒至有些焦香。肉質相當腍嫩,內肉呈粉紅,啖啖肉汁,肉味香濃,能嚐到微微的羊羶,更顯羊肉風味,蘸些燒汁也美味。旁邊嘅焗薯焗得剛好,粉綿得來又有咬口,滿有薯香,伴着蛋黃醬同吃,好味!熱玫瑰朱古力 (+$14)和熱榛果朱古力(+$14)的拉花也得美,令人喜悅!朱古力味香濃,味道甜美,但玫瑰和榛果味不太突出。開心果麻糬提拉米蘇 (+$48) 賣相一流,見到都開心!香滑嘅開心果忌廉芝士配上濕潤嘅手指餅、煙韌嘅麻糬、香脆嘅開心果碎和焦糖餅,美味的組合,用心之作!…Read More
