利舞臺這個廣場有臥虎藏龍的餐廳,就是中菜也是百家爭鳴。今日同一個喜歡食蟹的朋友去到樂天皇朝,品嘗下距地蟹香入秋菜單嘅食材。叫左一份蟹粉拌麵,個麵伴有蟹粉同蝦殼蝦頭餚製的伴麵食材。餐前小食當然少不了呢度嘅招牌原味小蘢包,點下距地放上薑絲嘅醋,滋味滿分。之後再叫多個木樨肉炒拉麵,木樨(須)喺北方話係桂花嘅意思,主要係用豬肉片、雞蛋同木耳炒成。呢個面嘅份量剛剛好,適合兩個人一人一半分享。另外再嗌多杯凍豆漿,豆漿可以幫助促進消化,減低小籠包嘅油膩感。餐廳的侍應服務都非常到位,會主動幫手斟茶,同埋清理枱上嘅吉碟。呢度無論商務或者家庭式嘅食客都有,算係一間大眾化的中高消費族群餐廳。…Read More

天氣一入冬胃口就零舍大,位於銅鑼灣地鐵站C出口附近的𤅗豐放題料理理專門店咁就腳,一於就同朋友去食個午市放題。距地午市放題3小時都只係$209,依加仲做緊一個至尊大閘蟹任食,全日時段任食$499。每隻蟹即叫即蒸,重量係足四両。另外佢哋亦都有個每盤價值$388嘅海鮮拼盤,如果全檯每位加$118升級版可以任加嗌海鮮拼盤兼海膽帶子,加多$30 至$148任飲任食升級版隨意點Sapporo同1664 Blanc啤酒。如果晏晝唔係食得咁多嘢嘅朋友仔,又可以考慮吓佢哋由$58至$88不等嘅午餐set lunch。牛肉丼,油甘魚鮫飯應有盡有,選擇繁多。海鮮拼盤嘅鮑魚軟腍帶有少少酒味,北海道角螺刺身帶有天然的甜味,口感爽脆彈牙。個海鮮拼盤拼出視覺的震撼感,無論咩角度打卡都好澎湃。大閘蟹啲殼易剝又唔易碎,入面d 膏係爆漏出嚟,十分治癒兼滋補。熟食方面佢哋嘅咸魚炒芥蘭同辣椒膏炒蜆都非常之惹味同足料。冬䕃功蝦湯亦好有辣椒,香茅同酸子味。另外柚子蟹柳冷赤麵d湯酸酸甜甜也頗開胃,麵身也甚為實淨。其次泰式燒羊腩也值得一讚,鬆化酥脆兼多汁。飲品嘅雪櫃,更是琳琅滿目,多姿多彩。御生榨椰子汁、得米薑母茶、LOTTE Let’s Be Cappuccino同Frais Jus 菠蘿汁都係比較新穎同好飲。餐廳嘅冷氣唔會話太凍,卡位亦都好寬敞,一路同朋友傾吓偈計、點下嘢食,慢慢打卡確係一場賞心樂事啊。…Read More

深水埗跟太子話就話一站之隔,但係兩個站中間其實都有頗一段距離,而且仲隱藏了不少平民飲食業的高手在民間。今日去到黃竹街的「小李車仔麵」,距地開張無幾耐,聽講中式主廚入廚30 年,牛雜由廚師晨早到店家自己炆煮。湯底用上豬骨、雞殼、雞爪熬製獨門的自家炒辣汁。距地比較人氣嘅菜點有70度慢煮火焰和風叉燒、芥末貢丸同雲吞,雲吞係足足有1隻半蝦咁大。另外距地嘅河粉係用低溫殺菌,以保持彈牙滑身質地,一口河粉濃濃的掛著秘製的腩汁,個腦海頓時閃現牛腩切塊焯水后經長時間燉煮至酥軟,搭配牛大骨熬制的畫面,滋味無窮。我嗌左一個$58 四餸麵,來個秘製鹵水汁,配個Q彈豬心、自家製韭菜餃,開心芥末貢丸同埋70 度慢煮火焰和風豚肉叉燒。朋友就嗌左個$58 四餸麵配金牌腩汁,配料就要彈牙白魚蛋、花枝丸、魚肉春卷同酥脆炸支竹。有得揀就係老闆,叫完你就有呢個感覺。最後再嗌多個秘製豬手飯,豬手有滿滿的骨膠原,豬手會見有一個彎曲 嘅關節位以及一大塊肉連住,看起來比較大隻且有肉,係特別噤食。…Read More

韓系悠閑獨特輕食體驗

呢度最出名嘅係由第三代許柏汶先生傳𠄘嘅香辣惹味萄式咖哩汁。品牌經歷六十年代起推木頭車到澳門水塘馬路擺攤,至1984年由第2代接手,落腳澳門士多紐拜斯大馬路創始店。咖哩牛腩幼/粗麵或者河粉都十分之經典而且出名。另外一碗係豬頸肉飯,豬頸肉有成8-9 片咁多,絕對抵食又襟食。由1947 年叠記咖哩創辦人許叠和陳雙兩夫婦挑起扁擔沿街販賣咖哩牛腩河到今天2024 年進駐香港,幾經風雨仍然屹立不倒,更上一層樓,足見這個陪伴澳門人近80 載的本土味道的韌性與經典。…Read More
