今年好有聖誕氣氛,好多餐廳已經推出咗聖誕大餐。今日行過炑八,睇到佢出咗聖誕餐,咁試試。餐廳裝修得好韓式,晚市都可以安排卡座,唔錯。今次揀咗聖誕驚喜燒肉罐套餐,包埋前菜,嘢飲,燒肉同主食。韓式前菜,一入坐就送低數款韓式前菜,泡菜爽脆辣度溫和不嗆喉,白蘿蔔酸甜清新,芽菜用麻油簡單拌過豆香爽口,沙律菜新鮮脆身,前菜食完全部可以refill。圍爐泡菜蛋&芝士粟米,泡菜蛋喺爐邊慢慢烘熟,質地嫩滑似燉蛋,泡菜粒令蛋香更有層次。旁邊嘅芝士粟米,粟米清甜,半溶芝士奶香濃郁,滋味豐富又唔會膩。熱柚子蜜,套餐搭配,熱柚子蜜甜度啱啱好,飲落蜜香清甜帶淡淡柚子香味,飲完喉嚨好舒服。玫瑰佛手柑蘇打,玫瑰同佛手柑嘅香氣融合得幾好,同埋氣泡十足,飲落好解燒肉嘅油膩感。益力多烤牛五花,好創新嘅食法,用益力多調味,牛五花燒到表面微焦,食落油脂豐富入口即化。益力多嘅乳酸帶出微微果酸,平衡咗油脂感,令成塊肉食落更輕盈,仲有淡淡甜香。肉質本身夠靚,醃料只系輕輕提味,味道已經足夠豐富。聖誕燒肉罐品種超級豐富,有埋牛肉,豬肉,雞肉同海鮮等7款。薄切和牛前胸肉配月間牛肉汁,肉片薄切,脂肪紋理如雪花,輕輕一燒就熟透,入口柔軟得嚟帶微微咬口。月間牛肉汁咸甜適中,有啲似燒肉汁但更醇和,蘸少少已經足夠帶出牛肉嘅脂香。 梨汁雞肉,雞肉採用梨汁醃制,梨汁嘅天然果甜滲透其中,味道清新獨特。燒完後肉質出乎意料啲嫩滑,完全唔柴,表面仲有淡淡焦糖化嘅香甜。 韓國鰻魚,鰻魚塊切得厚身,燒到外皮微微焦脆帶啲韌性,內裡魚肉保持飽滿多汁,完全冇泥腥味。如果搭配埋大醬一齊食,更加可以帶出鰻魚嘅鮮味。醬油牛肩肉與鹽蔥牛舌,牛肩肉用韓式醬汁醃得入味,燒後肉汁鎖得住,食落有嚼勁但唔韌。再搭配埋泡菜同生菜一齊食,層次更加豐富。牛舌好厚切同埋質素好高,燒到微微卷起就食得。食落外皮微焦,內裡彈牙,整體口感好爽脆。厚切五花肉與豬頸肉,厚切五花肉好大一件,燒到兩面金黃,逼出豬油油脂。食落皮脆肉嫩,肉香十足,蘸少少鹽或醬就已經足夠。豬頸肉,相比起五花肉,肉質更加爽彈。鐵板三重芝士無骨炸雞,炸雞即叫即制,上枱時仲熱笠笠。炸雞外皮酥脆,內裡雞肉多汁嫩滑。三重芝士溶化後形成啲濃郁芝士醬,鹹香惹味,同炸雞係絕配。…Read More

今日行尖沙咀,睇到哩間銅鍋米線好旺,咁試試。餐廳唔算好大,不過裝修幾企理。晚市好full,七點出頭已經full曬,仲要門口等位。晚市惠顧飯或者米線,可以以優惠價格加配嘢飲,好抵食。熱奶茶,茶底選用錫蘭紅茶,茶色深啡透亮,飲落去茶香醇厚唔會覺得苦澀。奶嘅比例唔錯,用咗全脂淡奶,口感順滑綿密,唔會蓋過茶味。凍檸檬茶,茶底清爽帶有回甘,紅茶嘅香氣同檸檬嘅酸味融合得幾自然。成杯甜度唔高,正常甜度都唔會好甜,食完濃味米線之後飲一啖,即刻refresh。招牌豬扒酸酸辣辣銅鍋米線,豬扒同米線分開上,米線用銅鍋盛住,可以一直keep到溫度,好驚喜。湯底係靈魂,酸味來自自然發酵嘅酸菜,辣度溫柔唔嗆喉,飲落去順口,唔會油膩。豬扒炸得外層微脆,內裡鬆化唔乾柴,食落香脆惹味,浸住湯食又唔會變淋。其他配料都好豐富,有肉碎,生菜等,肉碎份量足,腐皮吸飽湯汁一啖咬落去好滿足,酸菜同木耳絲增加爽脆口感,米線有咬口唔會爛。招牌海南胡椒豬肚雞米線, 湯底用足料煲制,白色湯頭充滿雞嘅鮮甜同胡椒嘅辛香,味道溫和醇厚,好有屋企煲湯嘅感覺。豬肚處理得好乾淨,燜得軟稔又帶點彈性。雞肉皮嫩肉滑,湯底入曬雞肉裡面,雞肉食落更加清甜,全部食曬TIM。爆漿紅糖糍粑(3粒),糍粑外層炸得金黃酥脆,入面軟糯煙韌。最驚喜係一咬開,熱辣辣嘅紅糖漿緩緩流出,甜度控制得好好,食落唔會膩。面頭灑咗少少黃豆粉同黑糖糖漿,味道層次更加豐富。…Read More

FD介紹咗哩間平價日式便當鋪頭好耐,分店終於開到長沙灣,一定要試試。餐廳裝修得好有日本風,晚市full咗8成,睇落都係附近街坊。晚市除左主menu,仲提供一人同雙人晚市,唔洗200已經包埋雙人飲品,小食同主食,真係好平。熱奶茶,套餐包埋,奶茶似用咗錫蘭茶底,茶味幾突出唔會太澀。奶同茶嘅比例幾好,飲落唔會太甜,似傳統港式奶茶嗰種感覺,但又帶少少自家特色。凍咖啡,用咗偏苦果款咖啡豆,飲落咖啡味都幾香濃,好有日本小店咖啡啲風味。叫咗少甜,甜度啱啱好,飲落唔會過甜搶咗咖啡本身嘅味道。串燒雞軟骨小丸子,雞軟骨丸子一串有2粒,燒得火候啱啱好,表面有少少金黃色同焦香。咬落去外層脆脆地,裡面雞軟骨口感爽脆又有嚼勁,唔會太UN。調味方面用咗日本照燒醬,再點綴埋柴魚花,照燒醬食落唔會好鹹,反而帶出雞肉同軟骨本身嘅香味,幾唔錯嘅小食。炸雞皮餃子,外皮用咗雞皮嚟包,炸到金黃酥脆。食落雞皮脆口但唔會覺得好油膩,裡面嘅餡料係豬肉白菜,味道調得清爽又帶有蔬菜啲清甜。點落搭配嘅香醋,真係食到停唔落口。生薑炒牛肉,用咗生薑豚肉燒啲做法來烹製牛肉。牛肉用咗肥牛片,炒得幾嫩滑。食落有陣陣薑嘅辛辣香氣,但唔會太過火,同牛肉嘅味道幾夾。搭配嘅包菜絲切得好幼,口感爽脆清甜,正好可以平衡返炒牛肉嘅濃味同油膩感。照燒醬炒魷魚,用照燒醬一齊炒制魷魚,芽菜同韭菜。照燒醬嘅味道幾濃郁,仲帶有少少甜味。魷魚食落口感爽彈,唔會太韌或者有腥味。豆芽同韭菜炒得啱啱熟,豆芽爽口,韭菜夠香,兩種蔬菜嘅口感同味道都同魷魚幾夾。…Read More

今日行過亞士厘道,睇到開咗一家中式菜館,原來佢係家連鎖店,咁試試。餐廳裝修得好中式,晚市都可以安排到卡位,唔錯。晚市除咗散叫,仲提供晚市套餐,平平地包埋飲品主食,好抵食。凍奶茶,估唔到四川餐廳都提供港式奶茶。奶同茶比例啱啱好,一啖飲落去,茶味幾出,夠滑但唔會膩喉,唔會得個甜字。揀咗少甜更合適,同辣嘢好夾。熱蜂蜜柚子茶,蜂蜜落得足,飲落好清香,最底仲有唔少柚子肉。成杯飲品酸味同甜度平衡得幾好,飲完好潤喉,尤其係秋冬飲一杯,真係由內暖到外。涼拌土雞爪,雞爪處理得好乾淨,全部剪咗指甲,斬成細件,更易入口。雞爪入口爽脆有嚼勁,調味偏麻辣風格,食落香辣開胃。辣油香而不辣,醋酸味明亮,仲落咗芫荽,洋蔥,小米辣同炒香嘅花生,增添風味同層次。大千牛肉,哩道係功夫菜,牛肉切成均勻細條,先油炸,再用辣椒蒜蓉等配料猛火快炒,所以成道餸好有鑊氣。牛肉醃得幾入味,用咗唔少牛肉同肉筋相連部位,食落軟嫩得嚟又有咬口,唔會韌。同埋辣椒香辣入到肉裡,好似食緊牛肉幹,用來送酒一流。特色水煮生魚片(小份),師傅火候掌握得好好,魚片燒到啱啱熟就立即出鍋。魚片白嫩薄身,食落滑溜又帶有少少脆脆口感。魚片完全冇骨,食幾多都唔洗擔心有魚刺。同埋搭配咗唔少配菜,配料嗦曬湯底鮮味完全無得熟,薯粉爽口彈牙,蔬菜新鮮鮮甜,全部食曬好飽TIM。桂花冰粉,係四川鋪頭必食嘅甜品。冰粉本身冇乜味,全靠糖水同桂花提味。冰粉食落滑溜溜,好清爽。桂花香唔算好濃,但淡淡幾自然。食完辣嘢再來碗冰粉,真係好正。…Read More

近日天氣凍凍地,好想食D熱笠笠嘢,哩間餐廳睇落唔錯,咁試試。餐廳裝修得好韓風,晚市近7成滿,都有唔少韓國客人,好有保證TIM。梨子果汁,梨子味幾突出,味道清甜自然,唔會好甜。飲落順喉,好滋潤,尤其食完濃味嘢之後飲一啖,感覺好舒服。可樂,食燒烤一定要叫隻汽水,可樂汽夠足,飲落幾解渴,同烤肉好夾。韓式前菜,一坐低會送上數款韓式前菜,泡菜辣度唔會太勁帶少少酸味,豆芽爽脆調味清淡,茄子煮得軟嫩,嗦曬啲醬汁幾惹味。豬肋骨,哩間餐廳燒烤盤幾得意,係隻烏龜。燒烤唔洗自己動手,全程有侍應幫手燒。侍應首先會倒落D芽菜,金菇等雜菜去燒制,之後再加入豬肋骨。豬肋骨預先用韓式醬汁醃制,聞落有陣甜滋滋嘅燒烤香味。食落豬肋骨肉質軟嫩唔UN,唔洗點醬已經好夠味。燒烤會搭配埋韓式大醬,蒜片,辣椒同生菜。用生菜包埋豬肋骨,再加埋泡菜同蒜片,美味翻倍,食到停唔落口。牛肉火鍋,呢個牛肉火鍋幾大煲,兩個人食絕對夠飽。湯底係用咗高湯做基調,味道幾清甜,再落入大量胡椒粉,用嚟襯托食材幾適合。火鍋配料真係勁豐富,牛肉片脂肪同肉比例適中,淥熟之後好嫩滑,唔會太韌。韓式年糕煙韌,吸咗湯汁之後幾好味。豆腐幾滑,薯粉Q彈,韓式韭菜餃皮薄餡多,韭菜味香濃,再搭配埋大量新鮮蔬菜,洋蔥清甜,白菜爽脆,金菇彈牙,食落真係好飽。…Read More
