每次行過哩間茶餐廳,都睇到排長龍,今日收工早少少,有位即刻試試。餐廳裝修得好古香古色,好似入到港劇啲茶餐廳。Menu好多嘢揀,加少少錢仲可以包埋飲品,抵食。凍檸檬茶,套餐加配,茶底應該用咗錫蘭茶地,夠曬濃濃。飲品飲落唔會好甜, 茶底帶有回甘又有好重嘅檸檬香味:)。雜果賓治,傳統嘅港式飲品。飲品顏色繽紛,有數款唔同味道嘅啫喱,再搭配埋七喜,飲落酸甜清爽,氣泡濃郁。巴拿馬火腿凱撒沙律,巴拿馬火腿入口鹹香帶少少煙熏味,同新鮮爽脆嘅羅馬生菜好夾。沙律醬調得啱啱好,唔會太膩,仲灑滿咗芝士碎同麵包粒,增添口感。香煎沙朗肉燥飯,沙朗牛扒煎得啱啱好,肉質嫩滑唔韌。肉燥飯嘅肉燥肥瘦比例唔錯,醬汁鹹香味十足,用來撈飯一流。仲會搭配埋青瓜,酸菜同流心蛋,全部食曬TIM:)。招牌微辣肥牛拼鮮蝦,肥牛片薄切入口軟嫩,鮮蝦新鮮爽口彈牙。湯底似酸菜魚多D,微辣醬汁好惹味。配料仲搭配埋娃娃菜,娃娃菜吸曬啲汁好入味,食落更加清甜。…Read More

今日到鑽石山開會,同事推薦咗哩間西餐廳,咁試試。餐廳裝修得好靚,好似入到森林咁。晚市提供數款晚市套餐,價錢唔貴,好多嘢可以揀。唔中意套餐,都可以散叫,都好抵食。主食升級跟餐,加48可以有埋是日餐湯,餐前沙律,柚子雞翼同即磨熱咖啡。餐湯足料煲制味道濃郁,沙律菜新鮮食落鮮甜爽脆,柚子雞翼皮脆肉嫩酸甜開胃,熱咖啡入口醇厚唔苦澀。巴馬火腿卡邦尼義大利粉,意粉煮得啱啱好,食落唔UN有咬口。卡邦尼醬好creamy,蛋香同芝士味好濃鬱又唔會覺得膩。巴馬火腿鹹香十足,撈埋啲醬同意粉真係絕配。慢煮BBQ烤豬肋骨,用慢煮加焗烤方式烹製豬肋骨,肉質燜到超軟腍。豬肋骨醃得好入味,食落甜中帶辣好惹味。旁邊嘅薯條炸得脆啵啵,點埋茄醬食到停唔落口。最驚喜係跟咗牛油粟米同烤菠蘿,粟米香甜軟糯,菠蘿清甜脆口,全部都係用心製作。法式焦糖燉蛋,面頭焦糖燒得好脆,下面蛋奶幼滑入口即化。燉蛋甜度控制得啱啱好,飯後甜品一流。…Read More

今日到FD屋企玩,地膽介紹咗哩間正宗四川風味嘅酸菜魚店鋪,咁一定要試試。店鋪唔大,好有茶餐廳風格。晚市生意好旺,基本上全滿,仲有唔少外賣客,睇落大部分都係附近街坊幫襯:)。晚市好多嘢食可以揀,平平地已經包埋主食同飲品,真係好抵食。凍檸檬茶同凍紅豆冰奶茶,都係套餐加配。用咗同一款茶底,似錫蘭茶多D。入口茶味清甜伴有回甘,兩杯都做咗少甜處理,好飲。麻辣牛展,牛展肥瘦分明,用少少麻辣醬汁調味,食落麻辣鮮香爽口彈牙。青椒皮蛋,落咗大量紅油同花生調味。皮蛋麻辣,花生脆口,青椒清甜,撈埋一齊食好特別。一人套餐,揀咗鱸魚同老壇酸菜湯(微辣),配菜有豆卜,金針菇,鮮嫩肥牛同午餐肉。酸菜魚米線真係勁大,一上枱就聞到陣酸辣香。酸菜魚湯底金黃,飲落去先酸後辣夠曬濃郁。 魚肉用嘅係鱸魚片,好嫩滑同埋冇骨。米線吸湯能力一流,嗦一啖連湯帶粉夠曬入味。豆豉排骨煲仔飯,加配臘腸同鹹蛋。排骨醃得入味,肉質嫩滑唔黐牙。臘腸肥瘦適中,咬落去油香爆出,甜甜哋同飯好夾。飯底煮到夠幹身,粒粒分明,最正係底嗰層飯焦,金黃脆口,再落入少少豉油,味道層次更加豐富。…Read More

今日到FD屋企玩,FD推薦咗哩間居酒屋,話佢係老闆親自主理已經開咗8年啲老店。店鋪裝修得好和風,好似返到日本緊:)。晚市除咗主menu,仲提供多款招牌菜式,好難揀TIM。可樂,氣泡夠足,入口清爽,冰鎮程度啱啱好。海膽戀之花壽司,用三文魚卷住米飯,上面再點綴大量海膽。海膽如奶油般滑嫩入口即化,三文魚柔滑肥美油脂豐富,壽司飯握得鬆軟適中,凸顯食材原味。濱松町卷,一碟六件壽司好似個花環,真係好靚。刺身係每日新鮮飛機貨,帶子鮮甜軟糯,三文魚油脂甘香,燒左口魚邊微微焦香,醋飯調味溫和,酸度輕柔,完美襯托魚生鮮味。富士山火焰帶子燒,又係店鋪招牌菜,上桌後侍應會點埋火,帶子經火炙燒後表面微焦,內裡保持半生熟狀態。醬汁系靈魂所在,蛋黃醬燒焦後嘅焦糖香同帶子好夾,同埋加入好多配料,口感層次更加豐富。安格斯牛肉生薑燒,豚肉生薑燒成日食,牛肉生薑燒係第一次食。安格斯牛肉油花均勻,肉質軟嫩多汁,生薑燒醬汁甜中帶辛,有效提升牛肉鮮味而不搶戲。牛肉食落軟嫩唔韌,洋蔥清甜爽口,平衡咗油膩感:)。地獄牛舌鍋,牛舌大件好厚切,燉煮得好入味,食落彈牙有嚼勁。湯底香辣濃郁,辣度層層遞進,但唔會掩蓋牛舌本身肉香。配料如豆腐、蔬菜等嗦曬湯底精華,越食越上癮。呢個鍋辣得黎夠醇厚,食完成個人暖笠笠。…Read More
