今晚帶朋友去咗銅鑼灣一間頗出名嘅樓上酒吧飲嘢兼食飯,呢間酒吧位置很好找,位於時代廣場後面,酒吧走現代禪風黑色風格,頗有格調。🍴 Ikura Lobster Arancini師傅把龍蝦湯加入車打芝士,再炸成一舊飯團,咬落去感覺外脆內軟,極為香口,鋪在飯團上嘅三文魚籽令整個口感更為豐富。🍴 Tuna Tartare香滑嘅牛油果蓉加埋吞拿魚他他,再配搭埋香脆嘅炸米紙和炸紫菜一齊食,呢個配搭頗新穎,而且勁香口,食到停唔到口。🍴 Crispy Beef Short RibBeef Short Rib係用咗上等嘅牛坑腩,肥瘦適中,焗到外皮微脆,裡面嘅肉質還非常嫩滑,配上廚師特別調配嘅山楂紅酒汁,口感甜甜哋,非常開胃,重配埋綿滑嘅牛油焗薯蓉,口感極為豐富。🍴Drunken Crab Pasta廚師特別用上中式嘅花雕酒、蒜片和橄欖油煮成嘅墨魚意粉,每啖都能食出濃香嘅花雕酒味,另外蟹肉都非常鮮甜,夠晒足料。🍹 Koko Ringo用Gin做酒底,再用羅勒葉、班蘭、青檸調配成嘅cocktail, 上面再加上椰mouse, 清爽之餘又帶出陣陣椰香。🍹 Prohibition 端上時用火烧cocktail上的柑橘,儀式感十足,淡淡嘅伏特加酒配有百香果、番石榴、柑橘、青檸葉,口感極為清爽。…Read More

聽講位於中環渣打銀行總行地面嘅ODDS最近推出咗逢星期六、日和假期嘅Dinner Feast,仲可加埋free flow drinks,絕對啱晒我朋友,所以就帶佢來試試。呢個放題包括有勁多嘅free flow沙律、串燒、卷物、炸物、串燒、鐵板燒、茶碗蒸和甜品,另外每人再可選一個主食。首先打頭陣當然係沙律,我哋揀咗辣味牛油果沙律和海鮮沙律,兩款都非常清爽。跟著叫咗幾款刺身小食,包括有海膽魷魚、北海道八爪魚配香草汁、帆立貝配香蒜橄欖油和香脆吞拿魚脆米餅,當中以吞拿魚脆米餅最為出色,超級好味。再來就係串燒系列,包括有雞軟骨串、雞腎串、免治雞肉棒、汁燒雞肉串、魷魚串和燒粟米,每款都燒到勁香口,當中以免治雞肉棒最正,雞肉非常滑嫩,配上燒汁味道更出色。接著就係鐵板系列,我哋叫咗鐵板牛油太子貝和鐵板芽菜,兩樣都頗香口。當然唔少得炸物喇,我哋叫咗日式炸雞和唐揚魷魚,兩款都唔錯,正常發揮。呢個時候卷物出場了,呢個天扶良蝦卷細細件,啱晒已飽了一半嘅我。輪到主食喇,我哋揀咗特選刺身八款和A4黑毛和牛三食。黑毛和牛肉質非常嫩滑,入口即化,再配以三種食法👉🏻原味、配日本芥辣和蒜片和茶漬飯,頗為特別。最後叫埋甜點,包括有日式蛋糕同埋和果子,卷蛋好香甜,而蕨餅非常軟糯,兩款都好好食,好食到覺得唔夠喉,最後仲叫多一round甜品作終結。…Read More

前兩日約咗朋友食串燒,見到呢間「人生有限杯串燒店」嘅menu好抵食,款式又多,於是入去上試先。呢間串燒店位於銅鑼灣登龍街永光中心,地址不難找,雖然6點已到達,已經有幾枱客,店員跟我們說這裡每晚都滿場。🍢 黑松露金菇卷薄薄嘅豚肉包住金菇嚟燒,再喺上面鋪上點點黑松露,口感豐富。🍢 芝士年糕呢個年糕燒到非常軟糯兼熱辣辣,放入奶香味芝士蓉裡,好味到頂點。🍢 鹽燒荔枝卷豚肉外層鹽燒後,表面微焦,裡面加埋果肉飽滿多汁嘅荔枝肉,超好味。🍢 鹽燒雞腿肉雞腿肉經過炭火輕燒後,咬落去有微脆口感,外層灑上鹽更增添咸香。🍢 豚肉牛油果卷薄切豚肉包住牛油果和沙律醬,上面再鋪上脆口嘅紫菜,yummy yummy。🍢 蒜蓉粉絲卷蟶子粉絲充分吸收咗香濃嘅蒜蓉,令到蟶子嘅口感更為豐富。🍢 味醂魚干味醂魚乾烤到啱啱好,魚肉夠煙韌甘香。🍢 山椒鰻魚汁燒白鱔白鱔外皮夠晒咸香脆口,而裡面嘅魚肉重keep到細膩感。🍢 鹽燒雞中翼灑上鹽巴在燒雞翼燒,雞皮燒到好脆口,但裡面嘅肉質仍keep到嫩滑。🍢 鹽燒和牛小排牛小排肉質極為細嫩,經過輕輕鹽燒後,更顯味美。🍢 焦糖菠蘿鵝肝多士脆脆的發包上鋪上厚厚鵝肝,再在上面放上甜蜜蜜嘅焦糖菠蘿,口感層次勁豐富。🍢 墨魚滑+紫菜+大蝦紫菜包住墨魚滑和大蝦,再配搭明太子醬,呢個口感勁豐富。🍨 港式燒蜜糖多士夾雪糕香甜嘅蜜糖多士夾住冰凍嘅雪糕,冷熱交替,非常有創意。…Read More

最近朋友話想食韓國菜,於是搵咗呢間位於中環蘇豪區嘅韓國菜館嚟試試。呢間韓國菜館嘅師傅全部都係韓國人,而捧場客大多都係韓國人。坐低後,已經上咗3款前菜,斷分別係韭菜、泡菜和粟米沙律。我哋今日揀咗Half & Half Set (2人份量)👉🏼 原味豬手半份豬手外皮非常軟糯,肉質鮮嫩,充滿骨膠原,伴以紫蘇葉和生菜嚟食,感覺好清爽,絕對冇油膩感。👉🏼 薯仔脊骨湯半份湯底絕對冇想像中咁辣,只是點點微辣而已。呢個湯有點似中式湯,因為用咗菜乾嚟煲,而湯裡嘅脊骨已經煲到好軟腍,骨和肉輕易分離,薯仔亦非常軟腍,超好飲。我哋再加咗個海鮮韭菜煎餅,金黃微脆軟糯嘅外皮,包住勁多香氣撲鼻嘅韭菜配埋彈牙海鮮,口感極豐富。最後我點多一個韓式飯團,飯團用咗韓式紫菜、蟹籽、芝麻和麻油做成,非常好食,極有韓國風味。…Read More

韓國人主理帶gimmick的韓式家庭菜

記得TVB嘅飲食節目曾經介紹過呢間韓國餐廳,一直都想嚟試試,早兩日就約咗個朋友到來試試。原來呢間餐廳由韓國人主理,餐廳風格走韓國家庭風格,今日終於能見識到佢嘅網上爆紅嘅招牌上菜手法,極度吸引眼球。我哋今日叫咗個2人餐$480, 包括12款前菜和湯,如果唔想要湯,更可加錢轉韓式火鍋,而主菜可在22款內揀2款,每款都非常吸引,攪到選擇困難症發作㖭,如果唔夠喉,更可以加錢叫埋韓式煎餅。主菜就揀咗醬油蟹和燉牛肋骨。2隻肥大爆膏嘅醬油蟹醃到非常入味,蟹膏好黏口,再加埋紫菜拌飯,簡直好味到難以形容。另外韓式燉牛肋骨燉到勁稔,燉牛肋骨嘅湯汁用上清甜嘅蘿蔔和紅蘿蔔熬製而成,甜而不膩,讓人欲罷不能。最後我哋加埋海鮮韭菜煎餅,金黃微脆軟糯嘅外皮,包住勁多香氣撲鼻嘅韭菜配埋彈牙嘅魷魚,重有甜紅椒絲和洋蔥絲,口感極為豐富。…Read More

真心好食又抵食嘅日本鐵板燒

昨晚跟朋友來到銅鑼灣邊寧頓街嘅本命鐵板燒食晚飯,朋友訂咗第一個時段6:00-8:00,入到餐廳已經坐滿客人,非常旺場。我哋安排嘅位置坐正師傅面前,成晚欣賞住師傅即場烹調表演,絕對係一件賞心樂。職員告訴我們凡惠顧滿$1500,即送斑馬瀨尿蝦一份。咁我哋就揀咗$888嘅晚餐。首先來到我面前,就係爆晒膏嘅斑馬瀨尿蝦,呢隻瀨尿蝦非常大隻,而且爆晒膏,師傅控制火喉剛剛好,肉質非常鮮嫩多汁,頭盤已經拍爛手掌。跟著就係開始晚餐的旅程,頭盤係炙燒鏗魚,帶出陣陣煙燻味,配埋醋汁,特別醒神開胃。跟著就係澳洲黑金鮑魚,呢隻飽魚size大過我手掌🖐️,重係識郁,非常生猛。師傅把鮑魚切薄片,肉質勁嫩滑鮮甜,再配埋特製鮑魚鵝肝醬,更加滋味。接著係澳洲龍蝦🦞,龍蝦肉質非常彈牙,配上龍蝦膏特製醬汁,味道更加升級。跟著師傅把北海道帆立貝煎到兩面金黃色,再配埋特製嘅菠菜忌廉汁,味道立即Level UP。下一碟出場係烏魚子聖子,師傅把聖子燒好後,再灑上烏魚子碎,味道更加突出。跟著就是黑豚肉薄燒,師傅把豚肉切絲,再加入洋蔥絲炒香,最後用春卷皮包裹著再煎香,極具創意兼且夠晒香口。炒飯 + 吸物師傅把炒飯炒得非常香口,而吸物係用鮮魚熬製,非常鮮甜味美。最後係甜品,呢個甜品 👉🏻 焦糖多士,係我從未食過,夠晒香甜脆口。再配埋開心果雪糕作為完美嘅終結。…Read More

今晚來到尖沙咀河內道K11購物藝術館3樓嘅火土燒肉食晚餐。知道呢間餐廳主打走露營風格,走入去餐廳已經充滿露營feel, 安裝晒露營應有嘅設備,有帳篷,更有露營煮食的爐具,甚有埋露營所用嘅餐具。全牛特選拼盤拼盤總共有六款,包括A5宮崎和牛三角腹肉、牛肋肉、牛舌、牛胸腹、雪花牛小排。當中以宮崎和牛三角嘅雪花分佈最均勻,只需輕輕燒燒,已經油花漂晒出嚟,入口瞬間溶化,超正!另外雪花牛小排嘅大理石紋勁均勻,肉汁豐富,瞬間在口中爆開,非常飽滿嘅口感。另外要贊嘅係鹽蔥薄牛舌,牛舌上面鋪滿勁多蒜蓉和香蔥,只需把牛舌輕輕炙燒,再將蒜蓉和香蔥捲埋一齊食,更能中和牛舌嘅油脂。蒲燒鰻魚最初諗住自己可以燒鰻魚,點知係廚師燒好端上枱,我只需把鰻魚在燒爐上加熱便可,鰻魚好肥美兼且外皮頗香脆。但如果可以自己燒,更有露營感覺。另外露營唔少得嘅甜品緊係燒菠蘿喇,呢碟菠蘿份量唔講得少,既超大件兼非常厚實,燒熱之後,咬落去勁清甜又多汁,絕對可解油膩感。最後再叫多個宇治綠茶雪山冰,呢個份量勁大,可以足夠2-3人食,抹茶味夠晒香濃,而雪山冰充滿奶香味,非常透心涼。…Read More
