碧綠三鮮餅

鯪魚滑 4兩 (約150g)
蝦滑 4兩 (約150g)
免治豬肉 2兩 (約75g)
小豆角 6條
羗米 1茶匙
士多啤梨 6粒
芫茜 3棵
魚子 適量
Seasoning
鹽 0.5茶匙
糖 1茶匙
胡椒粉 少許
栗粉 2茶匙
麻油 少許
橄欖油 少許
Method
1. 先把士多啤梨、芫茜洗淨備用
2. 把免治豬肉、蝦滑、鯪魚滑加入調味料後混合,然後再加少許清水後攪拌至起膠。接著把料材做成一個個小小的圓餅狀
3. 把鑊加油燒熱後,將剛才步驟2中的小圓餅放入鑊中
4. 注意要固定好形狀並煎至熟透後上碟
5. 上碟後再加上魚子、士多啤梨、芫茜作伴碟
Tips
落鑊煎前要先沾少量粟粉,這樣效果更佳。
