Madeleines馬德蓮貝殼蛋糕是法國傳統小蛋糕之一,一個個貝殼形狀o既小蛋糕,茶點必備!今次o既食譜,沒有清香o既檸檬,只有甜甜o既蜂蜜味道!

Ingredient and Portion
蛋 2隻
糖 80克
低筋麵粉 100克
泡打粉 2克
溶牛油 120克
蜂蜜 30克
高筋麵粉 少許
Method
1.蛋加入糖打至微發。
2.加入粉類攪拌。
3.加入溶牛油拌勻。
4.最後加入蜂蜜攪勻(見下圖)。
5.放入雪櫃冷藏2小時以上,待用。
6.模內掃上牛油,再掃上高筋麵粉放入雪櫃冷藏。
7.麵糊加入模內,放入已預熱至攝氏230度的焗爐焗8-10分鐘,待涼脫模完成。
Tips
1.麵糊用唧咀加入模內會更平均。
2.麵糊加至8分滿,效果會更理想。
