Highly Recommended Chef's Special

I visited there at late Lunch time, there are  2 floors with relaxing music. Staffs and a manager were friendly. When I choose menu,  the manager recommended to have one pasta from Chef's Special.  I had Soup of the day 'Cannelloni Soup' as a starter,  then recommended one was Spaghetti with Spanish Mackerel and Fresh Spring  Seaweed. Lastly there were a  small dessert Vanilla Panna cotta and I ordered a latte. I enjoyed having Lunch there even I was alone. It seems English, Italian , Chinese, Cantonese... any languages are OK.  Thank you for friendly staffs and great food with  nice lake view, I definitely want to come back with friends or family.
