👧🏻 ate…Scallop carpaccioBraised beef cheek Roast beef topped japanese rice Overstone pinot noirCinzano Sparkling wine 👧🏻 wants to say…發覺fusion菜都會有carpaccio 今次哩個carpaccio都冇令人失望 扇貝刺身好新鮮 加埋啲酸酸地嘅醬汁同埋橄欖更加係意外地match😯個牛面珠登都好入味好諗 不過個醬汁可以再鹹少少 同埋如果我冇估錯個底應該係薯蓉？🤔個人認為有改善空間 太水搞到冇左薯蓉嘅質感 不過成餐最深刻都係個牛肉飯😻聽落個名好似好普通 但食落個牛肉好諗好香 生熟適中 加埋生蛋黃同埋自製蘋果薑醬汁令到成個飯好特別 如果個飯可以落少啲水煮就perfect喇 唔錯唔錯🥰🥰至於杯wine 負責幫我地落單嗰位哥哥就推薦左我試下overtone pinot noir 我唔係好識紅酒 但真心好易入口 冇一種好苦好酸ge味 正！
