Was shopping at the New Town Plaza with my boyfriend and got attracted by Butlery’s orange shopfront design and the fluffy soufflé pancake on the menu. Sea Urchin & Scallop Linguine 新鮮海膽•香煎帶子&蟹肉海膽忌廉汁意粉 7.5/10 ⭐️
The linguine topped with pan-seared scallops and urchin was al dente with the creamy and rich urchin sauce clung on it. The seaweed pieces were excellent additions which lend a vibrant flavour to the dish.

Roasted French Chicken Risotto 7/10 ⭐️
The roasted chicken was served hot and juicy, it was not very flavourful though. But the risotto was excellent: had a creamy consistency and was perfectly cooked with rich turmeric flavour.
