Épure has been on our bucket list for quite some time, so when we discovered their restaurant week menu, which includes 4-courses plus coffee/tea at just $398, we knew we had to give it a try! fluffy and light, yet incredibly moist and creamy, this soufflé is to-die-for‼️ not to mention how it’s not overly sweet, with a fragrant almond flavour that stands out but doesn’t overwhelm. We usually aren’t big fans of almonds, but this - we could get every day👌🏼

There were some hit and misses for the other dishes, but overall, the whole meal proved to be a pleasant experience. For this price, I’d say it’s reasonable and worth a try😉
