Menu is in English and Chinese. Ordering is done by QR code that also has a bilingual menu. There is no 10% service charge and you pay on your way out. They serve all the classic Chinese desserts that are mostly warm.

There also appeared to have cake!?! But when I was there, this was not available. That is when I also noticed they serve coffee.

The most interesting thing about this is the Lung Tung Fong Sweet Soup Combo ($58). You get four mini size classics: red bean paste with 10 year old tangerine peel, almond tea with egg white, walnut paste and black bean paste. This perfect for those undecided or for here for the first time and want to test out if they did the classics right. It's also good for sharing among friends which is what a couple of my friends did. The red bean paste was extremely thick with a strong taste of the tangerine peel. The walnut paste was the best with its extremely nutty taste. The almond tea was light and not too sweet. They also have another version where you get the red bean paste, almond tea and two random flavours of their choosing.

Pistachio Paste ($70) was something we haven't seen elsewhere. Pistachio is now popular and it seems this place has decided to use the nut to make it into a dessert. It was very thick. There was some crushed pistachio on top. Not too sweet with an intense nutty taste.

I wanted to try their seasonal item: Double Boiled Pear with Osthamus, Peach Gum and Gum Tragacanth ($58). It looked pretty as it was almost glistening. The pear was so soft, I didn't need much force to scoop it up. Lightly sweetened with the red dates and longon. The peach gum was also very soft.

The desserts are not too sweet. If you have more of a sweet tooth, you may feel it's not sweet enough. The place doesn't feel cramped. Food does come out quickly as well. I noticed along with cakes, they have lunch sets with hot meals and tea sets. I may give these a try next time.
