Paper moon recently has a promotion for their lobster menu where the 2nd menu is half priced. The appetizer came first and they are generous with their lobster and the greens. However, I felt they could have add a bit more mango salsa/yuzu dressing for this dish to balance out the flavors.
The lobster bisque with pastry puff was certainly nostalgic yet delicious at the same time.
We chose both the mains and despite I enjoy proteins more, for this menu, I would go for the lobster risotto as the dish was more aromatic with their sauce. Despite being soaked with the rich sauce, the risotto still remained close to al dente.
The tiramisu was on the lighter side, which was great for us since we were quite full. However, if you enjoy more bold flavors, then this may not be your favorite choice.

For value, I gave it 4 stars with the current promotion and online discount. However, I would rate the value as 3 stars for the original price.
