In English, it’s Greek sausages. It was served piping hot. You can still hear it sizzling in the dish when it came. We thought they would taste like German sausages which were normally quite soft, yet its rather chewy and it had a very distinct flavour that we’ve never experienced.

A less surprising dish. The quality of the meat itself was good, quite tender at least. Yet, it was too heavily seasoned, which we found it too salty at the end even if we ate it with the greek yoghurt.
