To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日即興喺OpenRice訂咗六折嘅晚餐buffet去到餐廳職員好友善幫我哋安排理想座位食物種類都唔少 飲品需要另外加購不過有蘋果茉莉花茶（唔知有冇記錯）免費任斟另外有雪糕咖啡、迷你刺身飯，都係其他自助餐比較少見Ham and cheese配料亦算齊備不過甜品選擇唔多雖然人流偏少但服務員依然好殷勤而且定時定候會推出限時食物例如火焰龍蝦、斧頭扒驟眼睇差唔多全場嘅人都係用OpenRice嘅折扣仲有4小時免費泊車計埋人工同材料費應該酒店都要蝕啲錢🥺
