Ordered one of their Signature Porkchop dishes, not the noodles. Had: 1) Scrambled Eggs and Pan-fried Marinated Porkchop White Sandwich $17 - The par-cooked then re-heated porkchop was bicely tender, slightly sweetish from marination with black cracked pepper, the eggs were fried quite well. Bread not toasted, it seemed slightly too moist but at least not day-old crusty at the edges. 2) Iced Lemon Tea Less-Sweetened -Refreshing. Not too much lemon or tea flavour but acceptable. Boss is very 健談 and I noticed that he pays attention to each single customer's needs - this is unexpected and at a small street stall, only makes your experience warmer! He brags of also making a good rendition of Pork Liver Noodles as well, although his soup base is clear broth and different to the pork-bone based soup of 維記 in the same vicinity. I found my Sandwich enjoyable, albeit slightly too sweet. It didn't had much taste of fresh pork but I guess that's not the point of how to eat his shallow fried, marinated pork!
