To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尖沙咀殿大喜屋近排重新裝修咗,新格局比以前更加光猛,更加闊落,成個感覺舒服好多。見到有人介紹佢哋重開之後有奄仔蟹任食,就即管去試吓,睇吓係咪真係咁正😏大喜屋集團嘅餐廳不嬲都唔會令人失望,全部任飲任食非常多元化,前菜,熱食,飲品,主菜,甜品,雪糕,樣樣都有勁多嘢揀,眼花撩亂。食日式放題基本嘅刺身,壽司等等當然係一定會叫,刺身保持一貫水準,新鮮高質👍🏻 當中比較驚喜嘅係牡丹蝦刺身,海膽卷同壽司,餐廳採用嘅係日本海膽😻日本貨真係食得出同普通貨嘅分別,鮮味好多😋戲肉嚟啦,就係近排好Hit嘅油鹽焗奄仔蟹,每次都係任叫,無數量限制。我哋先叫咗一隻試吓,每隻都係開邊,一份兩隻,用砂煲上。底下鋪咗一層鹽,令到個蟹有少少鹹味同鹽香。第一啖一定係食蟹蓋嘅膏,估唔到隻蟹雖然唔係好大隻,竟然咁多蟹膏,而且仲係硫磺油嗰種,仲正過食大閘蟹🥲🥲 食咗第一份之後已經忍唔住即刻落多兩三份😂而餐廳都冇吝嗇,大概10分鐘到都上到一次蟹,成餐飯食咗兩個幾鐘, total每人食咗五隻蟹,真係覺得勁抵勁回本😂😂
