好耐冇食上海婆婆,今日同FD行黃大仙,咁encore啦。哩間分店都裝修得唔錯,古香古色。川渝小籠包,好有特色嘅小籠包。小籠包係紅白色皮,皮薄湯汁多。食落肉香四溢,湯汁微帶辣味。如果再點埋醋,更加可以食出肉餡鮮甜味。江南小排骨,排骨斬細件,先煎炒再落入糖醋汁。排骨肉厚飽滿,糖醋汁酸甜可口,開胃菜來講唔錯。外婆紅燒肉,唔單落入五花肉,還會加埋板栗,豆腐結等一齊烹飪。味道偏上海家常菜做法,醬香濃郁偏甜少少。五花肉糖色炒得唔錯,食落肉嫩入口即化,肥膏部分也唔會覺得滯。酸菜福花菜炒牛仔肉,哩碟餸炒得好有鑊氣。大火爆炒帶出油脂香味,福菜花香脆帶有肉香。牛仔肉厚切,入口軟嫩唔覺得un。砂鍋醃篤鮮,這品湯最啱春天飲。用咗新鮮春筍落入高湯燉煮,再用少少火腿調味。湯底奶白清澈,飲落鮮甜有回甘。春筍脆爽可口,火腿鹹香惹味,全部食曬TIM。
