同友人去左食呢間係中環新開既希鳥日本過江龍,以鹿兒島黑薩摩雞做主題$1000 Omakase 食盡17道 鳥割烹料理!當晚食完已經覺得呢次體驗好好幾位日藉師傅都好好態度 好似去左日本咁最重要係各款燒鳥好好食呀!食完先知,以前食開既串燒都係好一般剩係開場既雞肉丸已經覺得相當唔錯!呢度仲食到半生熟既雞胸肉 真係第一次食師傅仲加左烏魚子碎同香醋凍調味,好特別!最中餅雞肝醬🤤 兩塊威化中間係甘香四溢既雞肝醬,好邪惡!仲有人生第一次食既雞冠,慢煮完入口勁軟嫩但又會帶少少口感!好過癮!另外幾款燒烏都好好食,火喉掌握得好好!外皮都燒得夠焦脆,中間的雞肉食落juicy仲會充滿住炭燒香!(使用備長炭)雞心食落好爽口,第一次食咁正既雞心!軟滑既雞肝都好好食呀!! 兩款好食既燒野菜,茄子和翠玉瓜主食仲有麵質爽口同雞味濃郁的雞湯拉麵甜品很非常特別的wasabi雪糕、自家製布丁平時唔食wasabi既我,呢個又唔怕喎仲覺得好易入口!癲復我想像,好食😋

剩係開場既雞肉丸已經覺得相當唔錯!
呢度仲食到半生熟既雞胸肉 真係第一次食
師傅仲加左烏魚子碎同香醋凍調味,好特別!

最中餅雞肝醬🤤 兩塊威化中間係甘香四溢既雞肝醬,好邪惡!

仲有人生第一次食既雞冠,慢煮完入口勁軟嫩
但又會帶少少口感!好過癮!

另外幾款燒烏都好好食,火喉掌握得好好!
外皮都燒得夠焦脆,中間的雞肉食落juicy
仲會充滿住炭燒香!(使用備長炭)
