To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係長沙灣附近做完野收工，攰攰地係地鐵站附近想搵間茶餐廳落腳，結果搵到呢間。咦，有驚喜喎！🔅賓墟一品煲🔅見到用茶餐廳名做煲仔名，所以叫左嚟試下。一品果然係一品，有齊燒肉、豬肉、魷魚、蝦仁、豬潤、雞肉等，肉好肥美，岩晒呢個天氣食，好保暖，又啱晒重口味嘅食肉獸😍😍🔅招牌海味蒸肉餅🔅唔知係咪招牌嘅關係，要特別用心製作同即叫即蒸，等左大概35分鐘終於都上碟啦，但係我一啲都唔介意，慢工出細貨，好值得等☺️！肉餅都幾大份同厚，肉餅上充滿住魷魚條及蔥花，肥肉位都好飽滿，送飯一流，份量要兩個人先食得晒，一個人叫特別係女士嘅話就未必食得晒😌～餐飲叫左兩杯熱檸水，店員可能見個煲同肉餅太大份嘅關係，專登用外賣杯上，等我地可以唔駛因為太熱而一次係鋪頭飲晒，可以拎埋出去一路行一路消化一路飲，呢個位真係好貼心。
