包括熟成醬油牛肋骨、和牛羽下肉、25日熟成牛肉及韓國五花肉。重點必定係25日熟成牛肉,店員會先拎比客人睇今晚食嘅熟成牛外貌,7月1風乾,到今日剛好係25日,熟成牛肉嘅特點係鎖住肉質,令其味道更香濃,肉質更嫩滑,纖維口感亦更多,可以自己燒亦可請店員幫忙燒,熟成牛由於經過發酵,會有d芝士味,尾韻都食到芝士香氣。熟成醬油牛肋骨都好入味,而且嫩滑。用菜包和牛羽下肉及韓國五花肉都好滋味。

香港唔算多地方有得食雪濃湯,熟成雪濃湯更少見。上枱勁大煙,真係係石煲煮滾,雪濃湯由牛熬成乳白色湯底,再加胡椒調出鮮味,配上白飯,令我諗返起昔日係韓國留學嘅日子,冬天整碗雪濃湯真係暖入心。

有朱古力蛋糕及韓式草餅,朱古力蛋糕係脆皮表面,內裡mousse質感唔太甜,高質!而韓式草餅入面亦有餡料。

總括而言,$380一位性價比好高,食到熟成牛肉,又食到數款肉類,環境又有氣氛,情侶、商務客好地方。
