這是一款油花比較少的和牛,但我個人認為這樣剛剛好,肥而不膩,能夠保持牛肉的最佳油香,沾少少鹽就非常美味。

醬油牛肋骨醃製適宜,不會在坊間的醃製肉類一樣過分鹹,反而帶有一甜甜的味道,香味四溢,份量充足,肉質厚實香嫩。

雖然無肉不歡,但吃個清新平壤冷麵換下口味。冷麵麵質彈牙配搭半生熟蛋。冷麵配燒肉,一冷一熱,一濃一淡,有意外驚喜。
