由welcome food到甜品都很驚喜。每道菜都用心製作。只有12個座位,所以一定要預先訂位,因為只得一位廚師,菜與菜之間需要耐心等候,有啲似食法國菜😂Welcome food 係燒香菇,菇味濃厚。頭盤選了凱撒沙律、秘魯牛心串燒、鵝肝多士及香煎蟹餅。馬上想重點一次,因為真係好好味。主菜點了牛肉眼,豬肉眼,墨汁帶子意大利飯及昆布蜆肉意粉,每道主菜都各有特色。豬肉眼老闆建議選7成熟,真係肉汁會更豐富。墨汁帶子意大利飯真係誠意之作,上枱時如藝術品,墨汁飯配上金黃色的煎帶子,色香味俱全。必會再次光顧👍👍
