石硤尾南山邨是很多香港人的集體回憶, 最近開了一間大排檔小炒新食店 ~ 金華餐廳小廚, 除了大排檔美食, 還有很多其他特色食物, 例如順德碌鵝、炸子雞及不同的海鮮煮法, 價錢是街坊的實惠價。椒鹽鮮魷 ~ 炸漿超薄, 入口先脆後爽彈, 餐廳位於街市附近, 鮮魷極新鮮, 鮮甜爽口。金牌欖角骨 ~這個欖角骨汁液很特別, 排骨先醃製走油, 爆香欖角碎, 回鍋排骨爆炒, 再加上蜜汁, 欖角碎及蜜汁黏付在排骨上, 令排骨鹹香得來帶點欖角的香味, 蜜汁又可中和欖角的鹹味, 這個小菜煮法有新鮮感, 又美味 , 我們都很喜愛, 必食。朵椒蒸大鱔 ~ 常常吃豉汁蒸大鱔, 今天來個朵椒蒸大鱔, 朵椒除咗跟魚頭夾, 原來跟大鱔都很夾的, 香辣的朵椒可減去大鱔的油膩感, 大鱔的肉嫩鮮美肉質, 永遠是最吸引食家的原素,大鱔也有滋補肝腎的功效, 百吃不厭。金牌小炒王 ~ 小炒王是我吃大排檔美食必吃的菜式, 小炒王做得好吃的大排檔, 其他菜式不會差得去哪裏, 金華餐廳小廚的金牌小炒王材料非常豐富; 翠綠韭菜、鮮彈鮮魷鬚、爽脆菜脯、原粒腰果、咸鮮蝦干、爽口茜芹和椒絲等, 鑊氣十足, 味道豐富, 鹹香惹味, 伴飯妙品手工
