今晚去咗銅鑼灣餐廳食日式嘢成餐嘢好豐富•牛舌:燒得啱啱好,嫩又多汁,入口仲有炭香•雞頸肉:有咬口,調味香口•白鱔:呢個勁推介,魚皮香脆,肉質滑溜又鮮甜•魷魚明太子卷:魷魚配埋明太子嘅鹹香•燒三文魚鵝肝卷:呢個係成晚嘅亮點!鵝肝嘅濃郁加埋三文魚嘅鮮味,完美結合。•蟹膏壽司:蟹膏超鮮•酒盜炒山藥:山藥滑嫩得嚟又有酒香,口感一流,我覺山藥好爽•南蠻醬炸雞:外脆內嫩,南蠻醬嘅甜酸味非常提味。•炸櫻花蝦豆腐:炸得夠脆最令我覺得驚喜嘅就係間餐廳嘅設計非常之有日本🇯🇵 feel好似去咗日本咁。而且佢嘅食譜都係全部都係插畫,好精美。
