鐵板燒香港黎講都唔算好多,但大多價錢都比較貴!今日就同朋友去左食「鐵板超」,見佢做緊優惠晏就12:30-16:45內入座及18:00前離座就有全單66折,好似幾抵咁!我地嗌左個R套餐2人前,師傅好nice,鋪頭裝修都唔錯,慶祝等飯局都好適合!一黎就有沙律前菜、八爪魚漬物等,八爪魚漬物比較少有,味道爽口又唔會咸;之後就開始鐵板燒⋯⋯第一道,鮑魚,鮑魚好新鮮仲識不停郁,不過我地都好驚會過熟同好靭但師傅廚藝好好,岩岩好,鮑魚仲好爽冇特別多調味料保留鮑魚鮮味,師傅仲話可以點調配好既醬汁又可以唔點有唔同食法,但我覺得最緊要2種食法都食到佢既鮮味!第二道,銀雪魚,銀雪魚就梗係冇成條上啦!一塊仔上板燒,師傅將魚皮分開燒,魚油適中,魚肉岩岩熟口感滑溜同啖啖肉再加魚皮燒到卜卜脆超正,但份量就好似唔夠喉!第三道,大海蝦,雖然佢煮之前就冇乜點郁,但食落都係爽、彈牙同鮮味濃證明係新鮮貨色,師傅仲落左啲特別醬汁,令大海蝦味道緊濃郁!第四道,麵豉蝦湯,味道好濃蝦味,入面仲有少少海鮮係入面絕對冇hea做,一般麵豉湯麵好咸,但佢又唔算好咸!第五道,A4和牛薄燒,雖然係薄燒但A4和牛油脂豐富,淨食2塊都開始漏啦!但師傅

第四道,麵豉蝦湯,味道好濃蝦味,入面仲有少少海鮮係入面絕對冇hea做,一般麵豉湯麵好咸,但佢又唔算好咸!

第五道,A4和牛薄燒,雖然係薄燒但A4和牛油脂豐富,淨食2塊都開始漏啦!但師傅加左青蔥、櫻花蝦,增加左口感之餘而且令和牛食落唔漏,仲每人食到4舊!

第六道,蝦頭炒椰芽,可能因為我好鍾意食菜,所以我即刻試食,師傅用左蝦頭一齊炒好香口,不過鐵板燒關係個菜就有啲油,但我都清晒!

第七道,稻庭烏冬,係呢個時候已經飽到癲左!我地仲以為唔會飽,點知食下食下就食唔落喇!個烏冬好滑,不過個湯就有啲咸,份量亦唔少,所以我食左少少就冇食喇!

最後甜品雪糕,荔枝或綠茶,我地就揀左荔技,味道冇出面既咁甜仲好清新。

師傅離開前就專登問我地有冇啲咩想佢畫同寫?因為疫情關係身體健康緊係最重要啦!所以師傅幫我地寫左身體健康仲畫左啲花,好有心思!所以如果係慶祝生日、紀念日、求婚果啲都真係好適合!仲會幫我地影相,激讚!埋單2個人最後都係$1587!
