To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺觀塘附近返工，放工咁啱想食下中式小炒，之前都嚟過呢間小炒餐廳質素唔錯，於是同老公一齊嚟食下👍🏻薑蔥炒魚鰾：魚鰾鮮嫩多汁，煙靭而且帶爽口，搭配香氣四溢的薑蔥，讓每一口都充滿了鮮味，炒至恰到好處的火候，讓魚鰾保持了原汁原味👍🏻一啲都唔腥炸大乳鴿：接下來是炸大乳鴿，外皮金黃酥脆，肉質鮮嫩多汁👍🏻而且整得好入味自家煲蘋果雪梨水：自家煲的蘋果雪梨水清甜可口，清熱一流，十分適合搭配香口既菜式。胡椒粉絲蝦煲：大蝦鮮甜爽口，配料雞髀菇同蔥段新鮮有咬口，粉絲吸收了濃郁的湯汁，勁鮮甜，加埋胡椒的香辣味道恰到好處👍🏻椰汁馬豆糕：店家好好，為我們送上自家製椰汁馬豆糕，椰汁香而且唔會太甜，馬豆香，而且軟硬適中😬這家位於觀塘的中式小炒餐廳，無論是菜式的選擇還是味道，都讓我感到驚喜，下次有機會都想再嚟試吓其他菜式👍🏻
