To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

#MC帶你去長沙灣平日晚上8點鐘都爆場，有唔少街坊食客支持，就知依間小店有水準又抵食啦😜。而且依間餐廳行港式茶餐廳路線，中式小炒、客飯、西餐料理、港式鐵板樣樣有😎。🥢 香煎美國西冷牛扒（配老火湯+意粉+熱飲） $65醬汁有茄汁／洋蔥／黑椒／蒜蓉，港式鐵板就梗係揀黑椒汁啦‼️不過依個係「傳統港式茶餐廳嘅中式黑椒汁」，醬汁係蕃茄膏做底，再加入黑椒、美極、喼汁等，食落有黑椒嘅辣，仲有少少蕃茄嘅酸🍅，十分惹味特別😋。雖然依塊西冷扒偏瘦，但無咩筋位同脂肪，食落肉質軟腍🥰。另外，老火湯火候十足🔥，煲左好多個鐘，啲湯料肉絲都好淋，足料👍🏻。🥢 香煎什扒鐵板餐（配老火湯+意粉+熱飲） $65熱辣辣嘅什扒鐵板餐有雞扒、豬扒、香腸、火腿，仲有波浪紋薯條😍！雞扒肉質嫩滑，雞皮仲有少少香脆🤤！豬扒厚薄度適中，肉質鬆軟唔會太韌。值得一讚係醫汁係另上👍🏻，所以波浪紋薯條保持到乾爽香脆🍟。而且跟餐意粉都好有誠意，唔係白烚意粉，而係茄汁意粉🍝！
