To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 如果要喺荃灣搵間靚靚嘅中菜宴客，‘’如‘’真係一個好好嘅選擇。餐廳裝修簡潔得黎又有啲時尚，樓底算高，枱同枱之間有令人舒適嘅距離，坐喺度食飯真係非常舒服。酒店中菜食物水準確實有一定嘅保證，每道菜都好好味。非常推介佢哋嘅拆魚羹，呢道菜需要師傅好多工夫將食材切成幼絲，真係啖啖都係心機，再配上濃濃嘅鮮魚高湯，🐟味道鮮美到不得了！另外，仲有炸子雞🐓，外脆內嫩，咬落去仲好juicy！炸子雞嘅拌碟係炸蓮藕，咬下去脆脆卜又有啲淮鹽味，好食得停唔到口。甜點方面最令我印象深刻係薑汁豆腐花，賣相靚到爆，好似一朵菊花咁，食落去又滑又香，薑汁味道適中，唔會太甜，真係完美嘅結尾😋總結來講，如中菜餐廳無論係環境、服務定係食物都非常出色，值得一試！如果你喺荃灣附近，真係唔好錯過呢間餐廳！
