East hotel又有新搞作啦，由九月一日開始推出同terre d'Oc合作既Afternoon tea，各款美食包括甜食同鹹食都以terre d'Oc既水果茶入饌，清新水果同花香茶岩哂夏天食。Afternoon tea set inspired by terre d'Oc ($238 per two persons)頂層經典英式鬆餅：鬆餅質地偏實，唔夠鬆軟，但搽上杏桃果醬味道清新可口。中間雲尼拿焦糖紅茶小蛋糕：忌廉用上雲尼拿焦糖紅茶茶整，食落淡淡既紅茶香；蛋糕就質素普通，亦唔係好夠鬆軟。肉桂紅茶奶凍：奶凍好滑溜，紅茶味道香而不甜，但面頭既啫喱太水，食落同軟滑既奶凍格格不入。朱古力杏仁餅：杏仁餅甜度太高，不過口感做到外脆內林身，朱古力醬不甜不膩。底層茶薰鴨胸沙律：西瓜粒加上薄荷再煙薰，茶薰既味道有點奇怪，但整體清新。茶薰三文魚三文治：茶薰三文魚就好似平時既煙三文魚咁，不過新鮮爽口，加上青瓜都幾清爽。茶葉蛋沙律三文治：平時食碎蛋沙律治就食得多，但呢個碎蛋係用上茶葉蛋黎整，比起平時食既多一份鹹香，加上蛋黃醬口感好滑溜，好有驚喜。蕃茄意瓜酥皮撻：酥皮餅小巧方便食用，但有少少因放太耐而林身左

頂層
經典英式鬆餅：鬆餅質地偏實，唔夠鬆軟，但搽上杏桃果醬味道清新可口。
中間
雲尼拿焦糖紅茶小蛋糕：忌廉用上雲尼拿焦糖紅茶茶整，食落淡淡既紅茶香；蛋糕就質素普通，亦唔係好夠鬆軟。

飲品
最特別既係可以揀terre d'Oc既茶，有水果茶花茶等等。為食妹飲既Organic macaroon almond green tea清新得黎帶點微微既雲尼拿甜味，甜蜜得黎又唔膩，岩唒食甜品時飲。

食物質素不錯，環境亦舒適，適合好友或情侶談心放鬆下；最吸引係價錢的確實惠，值得一試。
