To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Lunch Time約了朋友傾野，呢間餐廳無限時所以就試下，估唔到啲野咁好食。葡式乳豬飯嘅乳豬似脆皮豬扒多啲，不過以素食食材黎講，呢個乳豬做得幾好食，塊皮真係又薄又脆，夾埋下面的肉一齊食，真係唔錯，拌碟的涉沙律菜好新鮮，連個飯都極得唔錯，加咗葡式汁又唔會太濕。葡式乳豬飯跟一個餐湯，簡簡單單幾片菇吊出了香味，清清地係唔錯。未來Burger基本上都發展得好成熟，佢嘅味道在正常發揮下都好安全，入面舊蕃茄多汁新鮮。餐飲揀了百香果綠茶，飲到底嗰啲百香果漿較甜。另外呢間餐廳的侍應服務好，見我哋領傾野竟然會主動問我地要唔要水，實在難得。
