每逢慶祝節日,都要搵間特色餐廳慶祝,今次訂枱專程去食日式鐵板燒。餐牌有多款二人套餐,我比較喜歡海鮮,所以揀咗鮑魚、龍蝦、和牛、鵝肝套餐。師傅會喺你面前即場烹調。一坐低會有個前菜同沙律,前菜有兩款:芥末墨魚咀,非常爽口,小小辣;另一款係甜魚仔,好香口。沙律有新鮮嘅沙律菜,最驚喜嘅係有兩粒超甜蕃茄仔。主菜第一味會燒巨型鮑魚,一人一隻,燒嘅時候師傅會切開一片片,然後分好兩碟,放到你面前。意想不到嘅係,鮑魚竟然內裏好林好軟滑,外面又有一點爽口。好特別。之後接住係龍蝦,同樣火力同時間都控制得剛剛好,肉質爽口,好正。第三味係鵝肝,鵝肝一路煎一路出油,師傅不停掃走多餘嘅油,最後剩返鵝肝嘅精華,再放上麵包上面,熱辣辣,好香好好味,係我全個餐入面最鍾意嘅。第四味係和牛,和牛五成熟,肉質香滑。仲有炒雜菜,同埋蟹籽炒飯,原來已經好飽,份量好足料。下次有慶祝節日都想再嚟食。
