最近比較少食中餐,見到呢間中環嘅中餐廳都好似幾好,一個價錢就可以食到六道菜,晚市喺中環嚟講都算係咁啦~因為實在唔係好想逐樣逐樣揀,見到晚市有提供每位三百幾蚊嘅餐,就嗌咗呢樣。中間有一個羹係二選一嘅,因為都想試晒兩款,所以就各嗌咗一碗。奇妙醬螺片作為開為菜,都幾refresh蟹肉冬茸羹蟹味濃郁,食到一絲又一絲嘅蟹肉。生拆黃魚羹除咗與之外仲配有一啲菜蝦米同埋粉絲,湯入面係有一片片魚片嘅,夠晒真材實料。燒雲腿玻璃蝦比較少食呢款菜式,係咪好似整到水晶蝦咁,外表晶瑩剔透,食落感覺清新,又保持咗蝦嘅彈牙質感。古法生扣駌鴦雞鴨汁津菜包係津白捲着冬菇同埋鴨肉事,再搬左一啲鴨汁係外面,食落層次感十足。砂鍋鮑魚雞粒飯估唔到普通一個飯上面有咁大隻鮑魚,鮑魚處理得好好,食落一啲都唔硬。而本身啲飯亦都吸咗鮑魚汁,每一啖都食到鮑魚嘅味道,食落唔會太乾身,水準之作。生磨蛋白杏仁茶最尾以蛋白杏仁茶做總結,飲落香滑,杏仁味唔會過於濃郁,飲落有種滋潤嘅感覺😂
