但成餐飯只有餐廳境係滿意⋯⋯叫左四道菜:1. 原隻燒豬手因為呢個菜式先第一次寫食評…餐牌寫要等20分鐘,所以等左陣先上菜,四道菜得呢道菜係熱嘅。唔知咪等得耐佢都都炸得耐,啲皮勁un ,咬好耐唔講以為食緊擦子膠。可以見到啲肉係勁overcook 嘅,從啲肉嘅紋理清晰見到有幾dry,仲衰過燒肉,個口仲畀近邊邊啲勁鞋口嘅肉畀親真係未食過咁嘅豬手,好失望。但公道啲,佢個伴菜木瓜沙律係fresh 同好食嘅。2. 香菇肉碎生菜呢個菜色算最理想的,肉碎調味合適,只係溫度有啲尷尬,唔凍又唔熱,有啲搞唔清係冷盤定熱盤3. 大蝦金邊粉應該係一般泰菜會有嘅菜式,呢碟落左單幾分鐘就上菜。黎到見到個分量有啲嚇親,得個拳頭仔分量左右,塊葉仲大過啲粉😅應該係整定嘅放左好一段時間唔係即抄,因為啲粉係痴住一舊,好難夾得開同埋又係唔熱嘅。凍嘅主食所以味度都唔好得去邊⋯⋯4. 炭燒三黃雞賣相ok,有啲黃色粉說不出係啲咩,但甜甜地有啲特別。燒菠蘿係好食嘅,鮮甜,個汁都開胃,但隻雞就燒得有啲乾,畀起豬手,算係可接受的。總的來說,好食嘅只有伴菜,但啲主色無一樣係接受到嘅質素。呢個價錢,唔值得。
